Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay here! The space has everything you need and was perfect for my husband and I and our pup. The airbnb was actually roomier than we expected and easily accommodated my husband working remote, all our things, and cooking meals for a week long trip. The location is also amazing. You can walk/ run to trail heads and are a super short drive to all the things you would want in town. The hosts are super friendly and responsive as well. We would definitely book them again on a return trip!

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Jennifer’s Airbnb is perfect in so many ways! The space is spotless and comfortable. It is below in the basement of her home but with your own entrance and many lights that make the entire place just wonderful! There are a lot of little touches including a fireplace you can just turn on and off. Kitchen is well stocked. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back!

Russell’s place was awesome! Had everything we needed and it was very modern and clean. Loved staying here for our 5-night stay while visiting RMNP, Boulder, Denver, etc. Would definitely book again!

My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament at UNC and the location was perfect for us. The house was also very spacious and had everything we needed, especially for our little ones. They had so much fun in the play area! We were able to cook our own meals and relax at the house!The hosts of this wonderful home were always responsive, very thoughtful, and so accommodating. Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

Kimberly was great! Super responsive and accommodating. Our son was sick and it was a very comfortable and clean place for him to recover out of his dorm, she even allowed us to check out late to allow him to sleep in a bit more. She was very caring and quick to respond.

Everything was great. It snowed while we were there and it was shoveled before we woke up on the morning. I would stay there again.

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!

The beds were comfortable and the space very clean. We felt completely safe & access to the campus was easy. Communication was great. It has a table to seat our family of four. It was definitely suitable for a short trip to Boulder. At the time we booked we didn’t realize it was a structure shared with neighbors on the other side of the wall. The front yard was private but the back yard was shared or private for the other unit possibly. We stayed out of that area.

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, and just as described! Cozy and quaint. Comfortable space to be, both inside and outdoors. Ideal if you want to be slightly removed from town and see the beautiful starry sky. Convenient drive to most places you'd want to go. Host provided recommendations based on what we were looking for from the trip. Would certainly return!

Great spot and we love Winter Park and love staying at the base. This was a very reasonably priced place and my boys and I were right at home. The place was clean, parking was easy, and the new hot tubs were a plus as well. We’d like to come back. Thanks, Nate

Loved staying so close to the lifts! We had 5 people that fit comfortably! King mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable and everything was in great condition. Absolutely worth the money and would love to stay again!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

I only stayed at Sarah’s for one night, but it was the perfect place to stay for a quick ski weekend. Check in/out were easy, the space is clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, with easy access to both the shuttle and restaurants in town. I definitely recommend it!

Definitely a wonderful host and made it very easy for us to find everything we need. The location was perfect between all the activities at winter park. The host was very nice and provides instructions that were easy to understand. Will definitely book again!
