A wonderful place to set up for our weeklong stay at the Red! The house and kitchen had everything we needed and was comfortable and roomy enough for everyone. WiFi was generally reliable. The porch/outdoor space was so nice to have and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Carmen was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at the cabin was amazing! It was easy to find, super clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The fire pit was a highlight—we had so much fun hanging out and making memories together. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable trip!

RENT THIS HOUSE!!!! IT was the best my kids 17 and 9 had a blast. its in a hollar which was amazing. wifi is spotty (but your in a hollar) the animales were amazing the house just had an amazing cottage feel but not too small. deff will be back my kids did not want to leave xoxox

Our stay at Julie’s place was absolutely wonderful. The location was private and secluded, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was outstanding, equipped with all the amenities you could need for cooking and entertaining. The property was picture-perfect, with every beautiful landscapes —ideal for capturing memories. We spent quality time with our close friends, but the space is versatile and would easily accommodate larger families as well. It’s a place we have returned to and would love to return to. Highly recommend for a relaxing and picturesque getaway!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and being able to share meals together and the close proximity to trails.

Overall a positive experience. The interior has been nicely remodeled and was very comfortable for a family of five. The kitchen was well supplied and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

We traveled to the Red River Gorge area with a group of 5 adults to kayak. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the farmhouse dining room table held all of us with room to spare, and the kitchen was easily accessible to heat multiple dinners. Thanks for a great stay.

Very well thought-out Airbnb with everything you could ever need. Felt like home. Clean, comfortable and very well put together. Loved the outdoor firepit and front porch. Convenient to River Red Gorge. Renae and Jason were super accommodating and responsive to any messages. Will definitely be back when visiting the area.

AMAZING! Planned a last minute trip to RRG with the grands (ages 15 and 9). This rental could not have been more perfect. It is easy to get to but completely secluded at the same time. It has all the amenities you could want, including a hot tub, fire pit, and two decks overlooking the woods. Our granddaughter (15) was thrilled with the hanging rope bed and outdoor hammock chairs on the deck upstairs, and our grandson (9) loved roaming around in the woods. We were 10-15 minutes away from ziplining, kayaking, underground cave kayaking, Miguel’s, the Mexican restaurant, the natural bridge trail and Skylift, and the Whittleton arch and waterfall hike. The kids had a ball and want to come back-that’s as good as it gets! Do yourself a favor and book this hidden gem!

Don’t question it, just book it! As my teen and tween daughters say, this place is “so aesthetic!” The kitchen has everything you can imagine, the linens and pillow choices are great, the outdoor spaces are thoughtfully decorated. We absolutely loved our stay. I would just caution families with younger kids (aged 4 and under) to take a look at the stairs to make sure they would be good with those.

I had such a great stay at the Red River Haven! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Stephanie was super responsive and made the whole experience really smooth, and she even sharing some great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to the RRG and peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Our stay was great!! When we first walked in, we were greeted with home-baked coffee cake and local treats.  It was so thoughtful. We felt at home and the house was so beautiful and comfortable.  I would definitely stay again if we came back to the area. 

Halley is a great host! I booked very last minute and she was very accommodating. Halley was very communicative and quick to respond, which was very appreciated. There are food places 15-30 minute away depending on what you choose. We ate Friday dinner at 145 Roadhouse. Their filet was tender with great flavor! On Saturday we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside on the balcony of Halley's home. We had planned to walk Natural Bridge State Park on Saturday, but mother nature decided differently for us. So we went to a store about 5-10 minutes away and bought some games to play. We spent the rest of the afternoon with the windows open, listening to the rain. While playing games with the slight breeze that blew through the home. Saturday night we had dinner at Hop's. Hop's food is farm to table and they had live music. The artists playing were playing something alittle different from what we are used to, but it was very enjoyable. The spaghetti was amazing! Would most definitely stay again!

Hidden Magnolia was a great cabin for a weekend away with friends. Beds were super comfortable and relaxing on the porch surrounded by trees was great. Great suggestions for restaurants things to do near the cabin. If it was drier out, we would’ve used the fire ring and grill! As other reviews have said, a suv or 4x4 makes getting there easier. There was a lot of rain the weekend we went and I doubt a sedan would handle the gravel road well. Highly recommend the cabin and we’re already discussing going back down for another unplugged weekend.

Patricia's house is a charming country gem close to all of the things Stanton and Slade have to offer. It is about a 10 minute drive to the Stanton Krogers and about the same to Miguel's. We had a comfortable week long stay and would book again. She is a very gracious host and you can tell she takes great pride in making her guests feel at home. Thanks Patricia!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation! We appreciated the location (close to climbing and Beattyville), peaceful surroundings (cows!), kind and responsive host, clean environment, and reasonable price point. It is also so nice to be able to bring our dogs on the trip. We hope to stay again!

Very thoughtful in having all the extras. We felt right at home. We had an awesome time adventuring all day everyday of our stay and a great place to return to in the evening.

Wonderful responsive host with a beautiful place. Hot tub was clean and so nice! The view from it was even better. I really enjoyed being close to the red river gorge so there was plenty to do in the area. Highly recommend if you're on a budget but still want a nice getaway.

RJ’s place was way more than we expected! The house was extremely spacious, stocked with all we needed, and super peaceful! Our dogs loved running around the yard and it was great to not worry about them running in a road. It was really clean and easy to get to. We really loved that the owner left some sea salt for a hot salt soak after a long day of hiking. The views are amazing here. Really worth it if youre visiting the Red River Gorge!

Looked exactly liked the pictures and everything was super easy over the instructions on getting in and getting settled in ! Great space to relax and get away for while !

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Airbnb in Kentucky! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy from start to finish. The home was spotless — you could tell cleanliness was a top priority. Every little detail was so thoughtful, from the fully stocked coffee bar to the beautifully arranged bathroom essentials. The location was perfect: close to amazing hiking spots, with easy access to quick food options and right off the highway for a smooth drive in. We had hot water the entire stay, which was a plus after long days out exploring. It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend in the mountains, and we would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend!

We had booked for 3 nights. Jim greeted us , and showed us around. We spent 1 night then Storm Helena hit. Jim kindly called us at our event to let us know a tree had gone down and there was ( and wouldn’t be) electricity. So we had to find another place to stay. No fault of Jim’s! The cabin is up a beautiful mountain road, and has all conveniences. We would like to return someday.
