This place had all we needed. We stayed here for few months due to a work commitment. Flat was well equipped. Easy travel to. We also had to extend the stay last minute and it was sorted out for us straight away. Thank you Emma for fantastic communication and help.

Lovely apartment with stunning views fitted out to a high standard throughout. Detailed information about apartment, Saltburn and further afield provided. Reserved car parking space was a bonus. We were yards away from shops, pubs and restaurants.

Always nice to stay here. With family in the area, an ideal quiet place. Not far from the town and beach - all walkable.

Ruby Sands is very quiet and conveniently located, with the station and Sainsbury's supermarket at the other end of the road. It is an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is newly decorated, with good quality equipment, and attractively furnished. We found the beds extremely comfortable. The neighbours were very friendly. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. We had excellent meals at the Seaview Restaurant, and coffee at The Yard. We would certainly recommend the property and would be happy to return.

We had an amazing stay in Saltburn. The flat was as described and the views were amazing. Really helpful hosts, will definitely be back.

Saltburn's a lovely little town and the apartment really echoes it: peaceful and close to nature. You can walk to any of the surrounding beaches or restaurants or have a quiet night in after a long day out. The kitchen is well stocked with implements (that can sometimes be missing from other places) the bedroom large and comfortable, but more importantly there's a big manual that recommends all the things to do in Saltburn in loving detail. Clearly Lorna knows the area and wants you to spend your time well, and I did!

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

Stephen always communicated quickly. On arrival the house was spotless with refreshments and sweets provided, which was a nice touch. My Dad is end of life and needed extra equipment which Stephen made sure was available on our arrival. The area was very quiet, although we drove further a field to other areas. Would we stay again, absolutely. It was a good break for us all and Stephen made it possible for my Dad to come on this break for which I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you Stephen

We had a terrific four nights at the Boiling House. Everything about the cottage, the village, the amenities, the area, the walks, and everything else, was superb and exactly what we wanted out of a (too) short break. David is great… communications, access, knowledge, etc. was perfect, and we had some nice chats when we bumped into him in town. We’re nothing but really happy with everything and can’t thank David enough for providing such a great experience.

Fabulous short break. Wish we could have stayed longer. Tea in the sun on the patio was just brilliant each morning. Loved it here. Cod and Lobster food excellent. Fabulous walks. Museum and craft shops so interesting. The house is lovely with the best views.

Sara's place is a nice place to stay very handy for town and funicular down to or up from pier and front.Saltburn is a quaint place to stay for a few days,a number of nice places to eat and drink.

Great stay for families, felt cosy and relaxed with lovely welcome cake and milk for a cuppa after a long journey. Fab for exploring coast and has good local amenities (right next to a bakery and above a lovely gift and coffee shop). Very clean and tidy & we appreciated the well stocked book shelf and board game selection. We would stay again when in the area!

After trying few flats in Saltburn finally I found what I am looking for. This place is clean, comfortable and just around the corner of restaurants and bars. Landlord was very proactive and always responding to my questions. Will come back again in January.

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Had a problem with the shower waste, spoke to Gary, problem resolved within hours. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The flat was as described and very clean and tidy. Blossom were easy to communicate with and all instructions were clear, including how to access the free parking! We had a great stay so thank you very much.
