Beautiful little cottage tucked 10m up from the seafront. Andrew provides lots of helpful information about where to park to unload and where to park in the town. The house has everything you need, beautiful little kitchen, comfy beds and a cosy living room at the top of the house. The house was warm and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house is very close to the Cod and Lobster pub which served delicious seafood but the neighbour was quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to roll out from the house and be in the middle of Staithes and right be the sea!

Had a fabulous long weekend in Staithes. This cottage is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful break. Beautiful views. We had a lovely meal at The Cod & Lobster. Beautiful fresh bread and scones from the delicatessen. We made the mistake of not pre-booking the car park! As we arrived on Sunday it was really busy nowhere to park for three hours! Won’t make that mistake again. Thanks Amanda. Will be back in Staithes again soon.

The cottage is absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, comfortable and really well equipped. Everything was good quality. The use of a parking space close to the cottage was well worth the extra cost. The walk up to the public car park at the top of the hill is to be avoided if possible! The location is perfect. The beach and harbour are beautiful and Staithes is well placed for exploring the area. Whitby is amazing. We went to the Goth weekend festival which was BONKERS! Really good fun and a great friendly atmosphere. We had a really great holiday and would definitely like to return one day. Thank you Maureen!

This was our second stay at Sarah's and it is a very charming house, with original artwork and lots of charm. The house is deceptively huge and the location is perfect. The only sound is seagulls, who chat at night too. Staithes is a magical and peaceful place. Would totally recommend this house to any group who are fine with stairs, and parking a long way from the house. There's a spot to unload nearby.

We had a great stay at the start of February half term. A lovely cosy hideaway, perfect for beach walks, pub meals, afternoon pints, and cafe lunches. The house itself has everything you might need to including a very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with great walks to explore nearby. Helpful instructions on how to get there and all the little nuances of visiting Staithes! Would definitely visit again.

This place had all we needed. We stayed here for few months due to a work commitment. Flat was well equipped. Easy travel to. We also had to extend the stay last minute and it was sorted out for us straight away. Thank you Emma for fantastic communication and help.

It’s a great house in a great location - 1 minute from the beach but tucked away up a quiet alleyway. Three big bedrooms. Kitchen was very well-equipped - lots of pans etc (and decent kitchen knives!). Night lights on the stairs and upstairs hallways were very useful.

Great location near the seafront, easy check in and nice to have own gated car park, can get full but nearby car parks make it ok and were cheap, excellent to have tea, coffee and milk in room which was a nice touch, as I didnt expect it, very modern, good shower and bathroom, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, host was amazing always responsive and always happy to help with any questions, we would stay again

Wow what a great place, great decor, huge, great bathrooms and bedrooms and living space! Really felt at home. Only thing that could be improved was the kitchen, in need of an upgrade but apart from that, our stay was great thanks xx

This is the easiest 5 star review ever. Had a lovely 2 night stay at Sarah's place. Sarah is excellent at communication and answered all our queries promptly. Check in was easy. The cottage is very comfortable and homely with a lovely feel to it. The beds are super comfy and the log fire was a welcome addition on cold evenings. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. However, we ate at 2 local pubs and the food was excellent. Several places to eat within walking distance. The location is very quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah's cottage and I feel sure we will return. Thank you Sarah.
