had a beautiful weekend at this private cottage! could really see the thought that went into this listing- the hot tub being heated ready, robes being available for guests after the hottub, dog treats/bowls being left. The cottage was decorated lovely, the photos don't do this place justice. Tom was very responsive the whole time and was very accommodating allowing us to check out slightly later due to us getting picked up at 12 and the cottage not being booked that evening. will definitely stay again, hopefully in the summer when we can make better use of the beautifully finished outdoor area.

Great stay here for the week, all as described would stay again

This was my first break staying in a 'static' caravan and I was impressed on how easy it was to settle in. Andy & Eleanor have maximised the space and provide lots of little extras that their guests might want. The way the lounge is organised means you can sit and comfortably enjoy the view throughout the day, though there is, of course, the patio area outside too. Parking next to the caravan was another plus for me and made the transfer of belongings including a pooch very simple. Lots of walks straight from the caravan; recycling and garbage disposal just 3 caravans away and no noise. What more can you ask for? Tx Andy & Eleanor for sharing your static with Misty and me.

This is a great place to stay! The open plan living/kitchen/dining is stunning and perfect for relaxing while spending time together. We had 7 adults and 1 child in our group and the accommodation was the perfect size for us (not forgetting the dog, who loved wandering between the snug and the living area while being chased by my son!). The kitchen is really well equipped with a modern range cooker and you could comfortably sit 10 round the dining table, if not a couple more! The bedrooms were great sizes, all en-suite, and the backdrop of the fields and views of the coast were simple stunning. Caroline communicated so well with us, checking in to make sure everything was okay for our stay which, of course, it was! The Cleveland way passes directly in the front of the accommodation, thus giving easy access to a great route with fantastic views. We will be back!

What a little gem! We only booked the day before we arrived and we have had the best few days as a family, the location is absolutely perfect! Opposite a lovely pub which we had drinks in 1 night and then ate in the following night and it was delicious! The beach is 2 mins away and lovely for kids and dogs to play on, cottage is so well equipped….the game drawers were a hit with our children. Lovely little place and would definitely return…thank you x

Rented the house several times and it was always nice to be there. Jumie is always responding quickly- can only recommend renting through Jumie.

We had a lovely stay at Staithes view and what a view it was! Dawn was most kind and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, it's lovely and quiet for a romantic getaway......we had no complaints, easy access to Easington, Staithes, Salt burn and Whitby by car, we will back in the spring/summer.....Thank you Dawn xx

We were very last minute in booking our stay with Debbie! She was a fantastic host and the place was exactly as described. Fantastic views over the back fence and every cooking utensil you could require. Would definitely stay here again
