Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable, great amenities, nice private hot tub on the patio with great views. Price was quite high but I suppose it’s peak summer vacation season. Thank you guys for a late check out, too!

I can't imagine a more ideal place to stay in Ketchum. Centrally located, very homey but with all the amenities, and great hosts.

Our stay was 10 out of 10! We visited for a long weekend over our son’s fall break. We had a lot of fun and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The Osprey View was sparkling clean and very inviting. Our main goal was to relax and enjoy the great outdoors and this house and location were the perfect spot for that. We hiked the nearby trails, visited McCall/ Payette Lake, did a little cooking (the kitchen and bbq were great!), watched a movie by the fireplace and soaked in the hot tub under the stars. We even saw the northern lights! To top it off, Brian and Kelly were super friendly and quick to communicate. They left us a really nice goodie basket and the house manual had lots of great recommendations for nearby things to do. And the icing on the cake for us was that the house is dog friendly! We loved our trip and would definitely stay again.

Nice little place for the 4 of us for the weekend. Super convenient access to downtown Boise and the freeway. Would stay here again.

One of the nicest airbnb’s we’ve stayed. Kim was super helpful and responsive, the well-furnished apartment was augmented with such delights such as wine, snacks and … even real maple syrup and a waffle maker! We’d highly recommend this for couples looking for a grey getaway; be it skiing, biking or fishing.

We have been 40 days staying in this beautiful guest house and it has been all positive. From the first contact we had an exquisite treatment by Sherry, Jaquie and Leah, everything has been kindness and offer. The house is located a few meters from the center and at the same time close to the mountain. Ideal for any kind of plan. Recommended without any doubt.

Great little cabin. So clean and cute. Love that she provided coffee and sugar/cream. It is on a busy road but was super quiet at night.

This location feels like you’re all by yourself in a beautiful evergreen forest. The house is tastefully decorated. Beds are super comfy. Jennifer is very friendly and keeps her house generously stocked. I always appreciate it when the check-in is just putting a 4 digit code into an automatic door lock.

Very clean, good location, worth the price

Convenient location! We stayed for a family member’s wedding and we were centrally located. Very close to the grocery store, downtown restaurants, the beautiful walking path along the river and lake. Great for families with little ones as there is a playground across the street. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed! We really appreciated the drinks and snacks!

I grew up in Boise and stayed at Carol’s place on a holiday visit to family with my husband and two young kids. Because I’m from Boise, I didn’t do a lot of exploring of the city or surroundings, though the house is well located for anyone who would want to: quite close to downtown as well as the restaurants and shops on the Bench, and a very short drive from the airport. There are also abundant trails for hiking, biking, and walking/running a few miles away, in the Boise foothills. Carol’s place was clean and well provisioned for the four of us. She and her partner, Leland, had even put up a little (artificial) Christmas tree while we were there, which was a nice touch. The house is on a quiet street, and we slept well. Carol and Leland were responsive and helpful. We had no trouble getting in or checking out. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cottage with an ideal ski in/ski out location! It's the perfect place for a family or up to 2 couples to spend some time on the slopes. We stayed there for 3 weeks and the host was quick to respond to any of our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was private and quiet. You will need to keep in mind there are guests in the unit above you, but they were very respectful neighbors. Brian was an amazing host and very responsive and professional. I accidentally left a couple of personal items behind when I checked out. Brian was very responsive and helped to coordinate someone to meet up with me and return my items to me. My stay in this cute apartment was great! A convenient location, close to downtown Boise, restaurants, shopping, and plenty of things you might want to experience during your stay here. ❤
