We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Had a fantastic stay. Check in was seamless and was a good location to drive to various hotspots in and around Tampa bay. Plenty of amenities were provided (keurig cups, shampoo, soap, dishware, laundry detergent, etc) which helped reduce a lot of things we needed to buy after we arrived. There was construction on both sides of the building but the noise was minimal, wasn’t a bother at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit is amazing!!!! It's EXACTLY as the pictures show in the listing. I absolutely recommend booking with Sara. Everything is clean and crisp in the unit. The access from the living and bedroom of the private balcony that over looks the pool was a plus!! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is in a neutral area for food/shopping. Sara is extremely nice and responded very quickly. I most definitely will rebook again.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Our vacation didn’t start on the best note—we had a terrible experience at a hotel, leaving us with two choices: find a new place or cancel the trip altogether. With it being spring break, nearly everything was booked. In a last-ditch effort, I turned to Airbnb, and after an hour of searching, we found this unit. It almost seemed too good to be true. Elijah truly saved our vacation. The unit was absolutely gorgeous—immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we booked, Elijah was kind and attentive, reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made all the difference. The location was fantastic, with so many amazing places just a short walk away. This was exactly the experience I had envisioned when I first planned the trip. In fact, we had such an incredible time that we joked about moving in permanently! If I could stay here a million times over, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommend—this place is a gem!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

Great Location, close to beach and pool is very nice.

Our stay at Marta’s place was great. Quiet, quaint, SAFE and extremely clean. Location was great being 10 minutes from the beach. Pool was warm for our cooler stay and the local restaurants were great. We definitely recommend staying with Marta and will be back!!

TJ was a great host. He was proactive with lots of instructions and local recommendations, very flexible regarding check-in and check-out, and very responsive. The condo was a great location with awesome amentities. Lots of things to-do on-site, but also within a short driving distance to experience Eckerd College and nearby beaches, including Ft. DeSoto. Thanks so much for a memorable weekened-- we'll be back!

Being it was my first time getting an Airbnb, the experience was great. RNF was super responsive to my messages and the home had everything you needed. RNF provided recommendations around the area and made sure to check in during my stay to make sure we were doing great. Thank you. We would definitely book again if ever in the area.

I value detailed reviews that offer insight into a property to help me plan and pack more efficiently, so that is what I am to do here. Firstly, this is one of the best hosts that I have ever encountered. Kurt is responsive, helpful and incredibly kind. When I reached out to ask questions ahead of the trip (if there was a crockpot, extra packnplay or stool), Kurt went above and beyond to purchase these items and make sure that they were at the property when we arrived. A few things that for us were not negatives, but things that some might value knowing before booking: the majority of the living spaces face west and there is a large tree that blocks most of the afternoon sun. That said, most of the bedrooms face east so there is sun in bedrooms upon waking up. There are a couple of curtains, but not all windows have shades so a lot of light comes into the bedrooms. The large closets and master bathroom do not have doors, so keep that in mind if planning to use those spaces for baby.

We had the best time during our stay! Pack and play, outdoor games and amenities, and bikes made our stay with our toddler and baby perfect! We had things to do during nap time and a backyard oasis after bedtime! Our favorite part of our trip was having a beautiful porch to enjoy wine and dessert after putting the kids to bed! Host was very responsive and friendly. It’s a block or so walk to bayshore where we walked or biked each morning. PERK - we saw dolphins. We brought along our bike trailer and biked with kids to ballast point park ( splash pad and the best lobster rolls at Leon’s Lobstah Shack) or to Hyde Park Village for shopping and play! Also only a block or 2 to our fav frozen yogurt shop - yogurtoloy! We will definitely be back to stay at this cozy home for our tampa visits.

Kimber's place was AMAZING. From front to back. Everything was spotless, The beds were soo comfy. Very spacious and overall just beautiful. I really loved waking up and having my coffee by the pool. Kimber was a wonderful host and I would definitely book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing time in Florida! Place was perfect for two families

As retirees, we traveled from NY to spend two months in sunny Florida. We were delighted when we arrived to find everything as it appeared in the photos. The place is spotless and very modern. The location was good and many places were walkable or a short drive. Ann was a very responsive host and checked in occasionally to make sure we were doing ok. We felt very comfortable here and were completely happy with the accommodations. The place is only a couple of blocks from the Raymond James Stadium and Yankees spring training stadium, and only 3-4 miles from downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk. Less than seven miles to the nearest beach -Ben T. Davis Beach- and only 22 miles to Clearwater Beach.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! It offered so much space for our family. Thank you!
