Thanks for the great vacation! The location was perfect with great access to all the beaches within equal driving distance. The available beach chairs and umbrellas. The back yard was amazing from the pool to the fire pit as well with many games including cornhole. Fit our group of 11 and gave everyone the space they wanted. Ryan was a great host as well! Thanks again!!

Great house and great location. We were able to walk everywhere and walk downtown. Loved that we had lots of towels for showers and jacuzzi!!!! Great house! Hope to come back and stay next year! Everything labeled so no confusion on anything and left clear laminated instructions.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

The home is beautiful & in a great location to food and any store you would need. Roza was very responsive the only issue we had while staying is the hot tub was not working or the heat was turned down so I asked if it could be turned up to the normal temp of a hot tub 100-102 she sent her husband over while we were there the second day, he said it was fine but it never got above the temp of 82 degrees the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. I did reach back out once it didn’t heat up and asked her what temp she keeps the hot tub at she responded with 86 degrees. That was disappointing when u think you are coming to a place w a hot tub and it isn’t hot. I had my elderly parents there and they couldn’t enjoy that amenity of the property, the pool was too cold for them but my kids totally enjoyed the pool! Overall we did have a great stay but when u advertise a hot tub the hot tub should be above 80 degrees especially for the price we paid, all the amenities should have been available

Jakub’s home was very comfortable and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were clean and it was easy for us to see the children while they enjoyed the pool, so that was a plus. Everything was so nice that we would definitely stay again. Jakub even provided some amenities for our two dogs that we brought. He was great at communicating and it was a pleasure to stay at his home. Thank you, Jakub for your thoughtfulness and good communication. We look forward to our next stay.

We really enjoyed the stay. The hot tub and pool table were great and the home was comfortable and clean. Location was good and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay at! Ashlee was an amazing host!

Everything was fine with the stay. Looking back, I feel that the price was substantially higher than what the place offered. Perhaps it was the timing with demand and Reggae Rise Up going on in St. Pete. The host was great, no issues really with anything, but my girlfriend and I were frustrated to not be able to watch tv in our room the entire time. Our remote was apparently buried in the couch and we only found it by accident the morning that we were departing. I think the cleaning crew should be locating these prior to having a new group enter.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Pool and hot tub were excellent.Very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of space for our family, which we really appreciated. Minor issues were there with the bathroom door and bed frame, but nothing major. Kitchen was excellent and fully equipped and convenient for cooking. Patio was also very nice with good outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay. Amenities listed were a little vague. They had towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sheets, etc. available. Pool could have been a little cleaner however, there was a company on site there twice the week we were there to service the pool. All in all we had a great stay and would def consider staying again in the future.

Cheryl was a lovely host and her home was comfortable and close proximity to so many things. We felt safe and at home and we were very comfy! The blankets were so soft and everything was very clean! Communication was great too. A great place to stay while visiting Tampa but wanting to feel at home!

Our stay at the Luxury Ultra Modern Villa in Seminole, Florida, was absolutely fantastic! Perfect for our party of five, the villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, just minutes from stunning beaches—only a 5-minute drive to beach access and 13 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. The villa itself featured a sleek, modern design with an open layout that brought everyone together. The three stylish bedrooms were beautifully decorated, each with super comfortable memory foam mattresses, we all slept like babies. The highlight was the stunning backyard. The heated pool was a true oasis, perfect for cooling off during sunny days, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat in the evenings. We loved this space so much and spent most of our time out there. With beach accessories provided, we were well-equipped for the beach. The owners are great people and very responsive. We will for sure come back in the future!

We had an amazing time and the place was fantastic! Kids absolutely loved the pool & movie theatre! I would highly recommend!! 5-stars!

Rose's property was perfect for our trip to Tampa for a family gathering. We had 12 adults and the mix of bedrooms and bed sizes worked out just right. Thank goodness no bunk beds! The distinct living spaces were also very accommodating for our group. This historic bungalow has been nicely updated with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is very nice, safe, and quiet, and the location is very convenient for in-town travel or excursions to the beach or the interior. Our co-hosts were very responsive to requests/questions before and during our stay.

My family of 4 and my parents stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed both the beach and intercostal waters! The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us, with ample bathroom and bedroom space. Very clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It is a 14 minute easy stroll to the beach. We packed the provided beach chairs on our backs and were able to spend several hours at the beach. Driving to the beach is an option but beach access parking is a bit difficult during spring break. We loved the intercostal location, with the pool and spa! We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful breeze and view. The house is exactly what Debbie has described and pictured. Highly recommend!
