Ramon’s place was excellent! I picked it because it was close to Ruth Eckerd Hall where we went to a show. Before the show we went to barfly restaurant which was excellent! Ramone‘s place was pretty much right in between both locations. I will definitely Stay there whenever we visit Clearwater again. Ramon was a great host and his place was very clean and comfortable!

Nice apartment. Restaurants, deparment stores and supermarket close by.

Anna is quick in responding requests and very accommodating to my needs. My family enjoyed a pleasant stay in the beautiful March weather.

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

I was in town solo for just one night. I had a very small hiccup using the code when I arrived, but Iggy responded immediately and got me squared away. The space was appointed with everything I needed and spotless. Although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor common area looked like a great place to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely check availability the next time I’m in town.

This was my second time staying at Michael's property, and everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, view, amenities, etc. And Michael's communication is great, quick and helpful. I highly recommend, even though your booking might make the property unavailable to me in the future :-)

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located to Clearwater for the beach & Phillies stadium.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Laura is an incredible host. We had various things such as multiple cats, requesting coming early to drop off our bags, and asking for help getting around the area—she was amenable to everything. Her help with the last part especially was the best, as we came during spring break. The house is clean, beautiful, and in a great location. We have nothing but glowing things to say about our time in Clearwater—Laura, thank you so much and we wish you the best in your future endeavours! Thank you again for having us!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

Was exactly as listed. Nice and clean. Especially pleasant to sit on the balcony mornings and evenings to watch the birds and we did see dolphins one morning. One came right up underneath the balcony area. Restaurant Doc Ford's right next door was an added plus. Great food, just a walk across the parking lot. Reasonably priced and good breakfast place just a 1/2 mile away. Condo facility was well kept and all of the other residents and guests were very friendly. Host was super friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Summer thank you so much for the stay! If your looking for an exclusive, quiet and scenic location with pool, hot tub, courts, kayaking + one bridge away from restaurants and entertainment, this is the place for you. Also, just down the road are multiple beaches and trails to explore. We stayed 3 days for a business conference nearby and my wife and daughter had a blast relaxing in the sun.
