This was the perfect place for my stay. I was visiting friends that live very close by, so it was very convenient. It had everything I needed and felt very safe and cozy. The vibe is very cute. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Would stay again.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

Great little place close to the beach entrances. A little bit of a walk (not bad) to downtown shopping, pier 60, the marina and restaurants. The host was very responsive and great to work with. I would stay again!!

Kary’s place was just as described! It was clean and nicely decorated! Everything we needed was close by, like restaurants, Walmart and the Raymond James Stadium! Kary is very responsive and gives clear instructions! I would definitely book again when I am in this area! Thanks Kary!

Colburn’s place was a wonderful stay for a vacation of my extended family. Ages 6 to 60+ had a wonderful time. Great location, a short drive to spring training games (no traffic compared to staying at Clearwater beach). The heated pool was a wonderful amenity and Colburn was quick to respond to any questions we had. Ice cream shop next door was an additional plus. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Our stay at this charming house in Largo was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful, well-maintained home that had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible house manager. Brittany was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and stress-free. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or quickly addressing any questions we had, their hospitality made all the difference. Karie and Chris were fabulous hosts. Communication was extremely easy, and responses were prompt if ever we had a question. The property itself was perfect for travelling with two young kids, and three generations all in one house. All of the small details were covered for the kids including baby gates throughout the house for safety, and a variety of toys and books to keep them occupied. The adults also greatly enjoyed the stay, a beautiful house with ample room and amenities to vacation comfortably, and a spacious backyard with heated pool to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. Thank you Karie, Chris, and Megan for a memorable vacation.

We had a great time here! We were pleased with how convenient the location was. The pool area is amazing, right on the water! Keith was great with all questions we had. Although it was a duplex set-up, we did not see the host at all. It felt completely private. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area. We will be back!

This was our first trip with our little one (6 months old) to visit Grandma for the holidays. Biljana made the whole trip so easy! The place is beautiful and had everything to make traveling with a baby easy including a crib, high chair & stroller. Biljana even provided a brand new baby bath when we arrived! The kitchen was so well equipped we actually hosted Christmas dinner. Biljana was so accommodating and responsive. The host event provided special touches to make it feel like a homey Christmas. We were so impressed. We will definitely stay again when visiting the grandparents:)

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.

We had an excellent stay at Jeffrey’s place! He was a helpful and responsive host. Place was clean and just as advertised. We loved swimming in the pool while watching manatees swim by in the canal. We would definitely stay there again!
