Tucked away in a peaceful quiet corner of Upper Coomera, but only a few minutes from the closest shopping hub, The Retreat ticked all of our boxes. Modern, tidy, had all the amenities you could need for your stay and eco-friendly which is an awesome added bonus! Would definitely stay again!

Great accommodation air con kept it a great temp as Brisbane is hot. Although it’s in the suburbs it’s a cheap Uber to the city car ferry which is 50 cents per trip with a travel card.

Jo's place was perfectly located for our short stay in Brisbane, with easy access to the city and the motorway. The cottage had everything we needed, and Jo was a wonderful host—friendly and responsive. Thank you for hosting us!

Meryl and David were great hosts. They were very helpful, their place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The view over their beautiful garden to the hills beyond was a highlight. The position is high and gets a nice breeze and we especially loved being within a short walk of the walking paths around the nearby reservoir. We had a little difficulty finding the place but that may have been our fault and a quick call sorted that out.

Deborah was really great host and we liked the property very much. this is our go-to place for our future visits in Queensland. she was friendly and responsive. The place was quiet and kids friendly.

On arrival Di met us showing us through our accommodation and giving us some helpful tips about the island and fishing spots. Our studio was very homely, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had complete privacy and would definitely recommend this little hidden gem to anyone visiting the island.

Absolutely beautiful stay at Brad and Milly's place. Well equipped with high quality comfortable furniture. Outside area is fantastic with an amazing view and covered area. Felt really comfortable and relaxed. Great location, a few minutes from Manly shops and weekend markets. Definitely recommend.

The accommodation was great, clean, close to Brisbane René was very nice and even brought us breakfast Everything was perfect, I highly recommend

A very comfortable stay in very clean and modern accommodation. Note this is a guest wing of a home although very comfortable, clean and spacious guests will need to be mindful of the close proximity of hosts. Highly recommended - Fred was close by with suggestions and recommendations. Would definitely stay again. The added attraction is of course Max the very friendly dog who visited often and was a welcome addition for breakfast or just to hang out.

The Cottage was comfortable, well setup and very private. With the swimming pool and outdoor seating area it felt like a little private oasis. It’s close to the Manly foreshore which was convenient and nice for a walk.

This stay was amazing! Mark and Lan were very friendly, even drove to us to get groceries and borrowed us their Go cards so we didn't have to buy them for just a few days. The accomodation was spotless and comfortable and the bus ride to downtown took around 25 minutes. I'd highly recommend this place! :)

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie and Toby’s studio, it was clean and had all amenities as listed. The studio is well located, just a short walk to Normanby bus station. There are lots of restaurants about 7-8 min walk away!

The private studio was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and the peaceful street made it feel like a true retreat. Perfect location near the Gold Coast—highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here Kathleen was always there to help. We never had to cross paths if we didn’t have to so is nice and private if that’s what you like. We had our own separate access and most important for us a driveway was included. Overall a really nice lady and a nice place Thanks again

The accomodation was amazing, very open and comfortable. Both morning and afternoon we had several different species of wildlife in front of the cabin including wallabies, cockatoos, king parrots and several other species. Kristy was a wonderful, thoughtful and kind host. We are very grateful that you choose to share this piece of Paradise. You have the option of the pool, but we spent most of our time down in the creek. The water was clear, being able to see my feet in shoulder deep water. Kristy had just installed a new swing out over the water and my partner and I both got lost lying in it with our feet in the water looking up at the tree canopy. We got pizza delivered from the local pizza place and I’m happy to say it was some of the better pizzas we have eaten in a long time. Highly recommend, we had such a great time and can see ourselves booking again for the two of us or with some friends in the near future.

My Mum and I had an amazing time at the Chapel. The place is so peaceful and comfortable and Jacqueline and Bella were so generous. From fresh eggs from their chickens, delicious milk, juice, cheese, fresh bakery bread, this was such a unique experience. We loved having our morning tea at the pond watching the ducks. Thank you for creating such a beautiful place.

The property was lovely, perfect for us and our stay, was very clean and well stocked including gift snacks. Jay met us on arrival and was incredibly friendly to deal with. Jay was quick to respond to any questions and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend.
