We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a market and plenty of stores. We did have a small issue at check-in, but Farah responded right away and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Will definitely be returning to stay at this location. The host Taylor was extremely responsive, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was stunning. The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Great location (walking distance to Santa Monica pier, restaurants). Has garage parking and EV Tesla chargers. Vidal gave clear check in instructions and accommodated our requests. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice appliances, comfy beds and crazy nice showers. Short list of guest duties on check out. We had a small snag w the back door locking mechanism but all was handled very professionally by Edgar. We will definitely Hope to stay there again if we’re lucky enough to go back!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

This little place is one of my all-time favorite LA airbnb rentals--incredible views and lots of natural light, very private, kitchen was well-equipped, host was very helpful and responsive. It's very close to WeHo shops and restaurants and also just a short drive up Laurel Canyon to Mulholland and some beautiful hiking trails. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Absolutely fantastic property. Private and safe. To no fault of the owners, I might have ear plugs available for city sounds on weekend nights, but I will go back. The property is cozy and chic. The rooftop is spectacular but intimate. A fantastic find.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

The home is very well sorted. You can tell it’s managed by someone who thinks of everything a guest may need and more. We loved the proximity to the beach and the EV charging outlet in the garage. Brenda is very responsive and on top of things.
