I used to live in Redding 8 months ago, but had a family event that i had to attend. I've lived in Redding for 3.5 years but I've never explored that part of town before nor been to the area. It was such a nice experience to come back in town and enjoy the quietness of the town. I never imagine I will ever get an airbnb in Redding hehe I really enjoy the comfort of the home. Paula was always so responsive which was great. Home was nice and clean. I definitely recommend.

House was as described, we enjoyed that it was close to the river trail for nice walks, and in a peaceful area which was great with children. We had a great family stay! Communication with Hosts was quick, helpful and proactive.

Elizabeth’s house was great! Easy to walk to Chico State and places to eat. She was kind when messaging me also. I appreciated all the communication. We would definitely stay again!

Had a nice and relaxing trip to Willow Creek. Kia’s cabin was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the Kimtu River access and all of the nature in this area. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway

The place itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, and the space was very comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and everything was thoughtfully arranged.

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

I would love to give this place a million stars! It has everything and more for what you may need/want to have a comfortable stay.

The space was great. Lots of selections for the Keurig machine. The linens and towels were top shelf. Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Anthony & Ava’s place. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the communication with the hosts was always prompt and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature — a perfect place to relax. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. We loved our stay. The master bedroom had an incredible view of the ocean and we loved walking our dog around the property down to the cliffs every morning.

We had a great time in Redding. Most places in town were within 10mins drive which was great. Joshua was really helpful when we were expecting some post. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well equipped. The house fully met the needs of our stay in Redding.

Jill's very charming home was a comfortable place to stay close to family while in Chico for Thanksgiving (and I even discovered a family connection to the original owner of the house thanks to the cool historical information she included in the welcome book)! Jill was very welcoming and left her place unusually well stocked for guests, communicated clearly and quickly, and the place was exactly as described, with clear instructions for using amenities like the fireplace. The location is an easy walk from both downtown and Bidwell Park and couldn't be better. My two teenage daughters and I had a great stay (they both said it was so cute) and recommend highly.

The house is very cozy. Clean and will organized. We had a great time. We enjoyed the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking visit my daughter up in Chico. Three minutes away from her place. Everything is local. Even Safeway if you need anything. Great place to stay. Thank you, Adam, we will visit again.

We loved the place. Stayed there with a family friend. Kids friendly and lots of board games. Also we all enjoyed playing table tennis. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. Will definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful home. The setting in the winery is an added bonus. Peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. We rented the entire house and it worked out well. There is the common room but also we had our separate bedrooms to retreat to whenever we wanted. The host was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The staff at the winery were extremely friendly as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. There wasn’t one bad thing about this place. It is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a nice home. Even without renting the entire house you still feel like you’re the only one there. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely stay here time and time again. Thank you to Valisatie for being such a wonderful host. The house and property are beautiful.

This is our 2nd visit to Lala’s house and we were so impressed. Lala has thought of everything, from the well stocked kitchen to the raincoats and cooler for picnics, we had everything needed to make my family’s stay comfortable. It is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the redwoods which is my favorite place on earth ❤️ Lala communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be staying at this home again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I enjoyed our Christmas vacation. It was a home away from home. I was raised in the same neighborhood, so there was no need for recommendations. We will definitely be back in 2025. Thank you for your hospitality.

Emily's place is perfect! The home was updated, the furniture was spotless, comfortable, and clean. I would definitely book this place again for my parents when they are in town visiting. Emily was super accommodating and very helpful as well.

Beautiful home with panoramic view of the mountains and ocean. Gorgeous home inside, warm and cozy. The house is up on the hill and it’s probably 1/4 mile from the road up. The drive way is very steep and winding. Driving up to the house is the most challenging part of the trip. If you have front wheel drive, you will have a hard time getting through the driveway. We had a minivan and we did make the drive every day, but it was nerves wrecking each time. All wheel drive is highly recommended. Despite the challenging drive, we love the place and would return when we are in the area again.
