We had a great, relaxing stay at Magnolia Cottage during Christmas! Really cute cottage on the water, great views from the indoor/outdoor patio, and great location right next to Magnolia Beach.

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

We spent two very pleasant days in his beautiful house. Tony was very nice and the house was spotless, inside and out, everything functional, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Amy’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway for our little family and fur babies. It’s quiet, close to the water, and in a safe neighborhood. Great restaurants are nearby, Port A and Corpus aren’t too far away. We will definitely be back as Rockport is one of our favorite little places to escape to.

Peaceful and great views out of every window! The house was well stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

This is a gorgeous home located on a beautiful beach and golf community. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a vacation. It is obvious that the owner has taken great pride in the details that make this home a special place to stay. We had a group of 8 ladies and we had plenty of space to spread out. The boardwalk is just across the street making it very convenient to get to the beach. Our 3 day stay was negatively affected when on the second day, the AC went out on the main area, where the master bedroom is also located. After a bit of difficulty getting in touch with the management group and their several attempts to fix the AC it was found to be a part that wasn’t available until Monday. With the community having 2 beautiful pools we hung out there instead of spending time in a hot house. The management group worked with us and a resolution was agreed upon. We realize this unfortunate situation was unpredictable. We had a great time,

We enjoyed the ease of getting around P.A. Easy access to the beach, used the pickleball court, we appreciated the sand toys available on the porch. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the blankets available. Clean and well maintained. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.

Very cute little bungalow, perfect for a couple. Just a few steps from the beach. This is a older building but we didn't mind it all. The condo stayed extremely cold which we loved. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the couch, I have a bad back so it wasn't very comfortable. Stayed peaceful and quiet, clean and fresh linens. We really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend for a quick beach getaway.

Nice , clean and well appointed. Backyard overlooking pond. Beach is not walkable, but can drive in 3-4 mins. The house was very cute and came with fooseball table and games.

Very beautiful brand new home. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for large group of families. Love the elevator especially since the kitchen is located on the 3rd floor. Beach is walking distance. The view of the beach fr the house is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home.

House and location was perfect. Game room was a big plus. Only thing is that they just have a starter kit when it comes to toilet paper, trash bags and stuff like that. So pick some up on the way in. Other then that no complaints

This property exceeded our expectations, providing a highlight of our travels. The house is situated in a unique wildlife setting in the dunes, with views of the ocean that take your breath away. Vacasa facilitated a hassle-free Airbnb experience. We are already making plans to book again for next year. Furthermore, Port Aransas offered a surprising array of activities suitable for all ages, including young children.

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

Good location - quick walk to the beach & also loved having a swimming pool right outside the back door!

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding on New Year's Eve and it was all very nice.

We have been coming to Port A. Every year we always have a great time, but staying at the Dunes in this amazing condo was the best experience so far. The beach was right there, restaurants were near by and we got a golf cart to help us cruise around. The condo was beautiful and well maintained and equipped. Everything was very convenient and easy when we checked in and checked out. We will be back for sure!

Best place we have ever stayed at! My son and I needed to get away after his serious car wreck , and this place was just what we was looking for! We will be definitely come back again!

Goyes place was great for our family in December. It was very clean and cozy and the ammenities were thoughtful...we had plenty to last our week long stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and our 9 yr old played in the pool everday. Goye was tesponsive, flexible, and communicated clearly. Downtown Rockport was quaint and Rockport Beach was great for wading in as it was shallow. The house was less expensive than others that were available at the time as it does not have beach access within walking distance, but this worked great for us as we enjoyed seeing many different sites each day.
