Great comfortable house with everything you need. Walk to Yanchep lagoon for good swimming. Private, quiet, comfortable, neat and tidy. No AC - only evaporative cooler. Not too bad but not as good as classic air conditioning on a very hot day. Lots to do in Yanchep area with a bit of a drive. Even a fairly easy trip to Perth. Yanchep National Park is lovely. Good location for us. Good house.

Beautiful stay in Moore River. House had everything we needed and was comfortable for four friends to share. Clean & newly renovated bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved experiencing the Moore River area. Thanks for having us :)

I felt very welcome at Kasey’s place. My queries were answered quickly. The balcony sunset view, the beach so close and the amenities were fantastic. Kasey was very generous with plenty of linen and tea and coffee supplies. I felt very welcome with house games and sports equipment available too. Highly recommended.

5 of us stayed here for a lovely relaxing girls weekend away. We had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Had everything you needed for your stay. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very flexible and let us check in early and check out late. Thank you for a great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location. The house had every amenity we needed and was presented beautifully, such a beachy vibe throughout. Best coffee, we didn’t need to go to the cafe lol! Walking distance to the Sands hotel and right next to the entry for the dunes adventure. Leeann was super helpful and communication was wonderful. I would highly recommend this lovely house.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in Padbury, and it exceeded all my expectations. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to shops and public transport. The backyard is a great bonus, offering a quiet space to relax. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, it’s truly a gem!

Loved our stay at Shannon's place easy walk to river and shops. Great location. Nice clean home. Shannon was very responsive and a great host. Nice touches with the wine and boogie boards, golf clubs, kayaks etc. Would definitely recommend staying at Shannon's place.

My wife and I and our two young dogs enjoyed our 4 night stay. Walking in the neighbourhood and the dog beach was a pleasure. The back yard was ideal for the dogs, and pleasant to sit at the outdoor table or lounge suite. It was certainly one of the best equipped Airbnbs that we have ever rented.

Andrea's place is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We've been going to Lancelin for years and this has to be the best place we've stayed in. So close to the pubs, shops and beaches. It was lovely to meet you Andrea, we enjoyed your house very much. Thank you!
