Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

The condo offers the best of both worlds in terms of being a short walk or bike ride from downtown Rehoboth, so you can enjoy all the amenities of a fun beach town, without having to deal with parking and traffic! The location of the neighborhood is perfect- located right off a trail but also only minutes away from shopping and stores. I was impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen is and the condo is spacious and clean.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

The condo was wonderful. The people were very nice. The beach was beautiful. The location is fabulous! We could walk to the grocery store, liquor store, good restaurants, and nice beach shops.

The check-in was very smooth; the location of the house is amazing - very close to the beach and all restaurants but very private as well; the house was very clean and well-equipped; overall a great place and experience! We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Beautiful home conveniently located to the beach but just far enough away to have real peace and quiet. The home is against a marshland preserve so it’s nice to look out the screened in porch at the surroundings. The trolley stops in the neighborhood which is also a bonus. It also has some kid friendly items so that was nice to not have to pack them. Wonderful stay for a family to relax!

Ted was an incredibly helpful and friendly host. He let my family check in early and out late (without us having to ask!). The house was more than enough space for our family of 6. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants and shops. Spacious kitchen with everything you’d need plus a cozy fireplace. We will definitely be back!

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

All you need is food and clothes. This home was so beautiful inside and out right on the water beautiful views told the owner this was my first air bb rental and they made sure I understood everything from the beginning to the end. They even sent a message to make sure everything was alright. Would definitely love to go back to the area and would definitely get the same house.

We had a terrific stay. The house had every amenity we could have wanted. Tons of space, lots of entertainment, big bathrooms and gorgeous outdoor space to relax and eat. He also provided linens (I didn’t realize many places do not do this). Ryan was super responsive and friendly in his messages. Highly recommend!

Honestly, Karla is a one of a kind host in all of the great ways. Above and beyond every single time. She partnered with me to make my families New Year an amazing experience. We never had to figure out what we were going to do, Karla made sure we were so informed on everything going on in the area that we navigated it like a pro. Karla is kind and the condo is so homely that one of our days, we just slept in and we are not sleeping in people. We had an amazing view of the fireworks when the ball dropped and going to the beach in the middle of the night is a luxury that I cannot describe. This will probably be my families go to vacation spot because it doesn't get much better than this. I can go on and on about why this location deserves more than the top score of 5 stars. Lets just say I will be back in a couple of months lol, I am addicted to this condo.

Beautiful view on the bay. Ally was very thorough & communicative throughout the process. Only thing that is kind of a bummer is that linens are not included. But other than that, I highly recommend Ally's condo.

We had a quick but wonderful stay in this stunning flat that overlooks the bay and also offers ocean views! Such a beautiful spot and comfortable place for a restful retreat! Thank you!

Convenient to the beach, clean and easily accessible.

Absolutely perfect all around!! The location was great with a ton of shops, food and drinks in walking distance. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and the pool was typically quiet the whole week! The layout of the condo was ideal for our family (2 adults and 1 toddler). Our daughter got her own room which made getting her to sleep away from home a breeze (there was also plenty of room for her pack and play). The bayside balcony was great to keep all of our beach stuff (with a secure lock too) so we didn’t have to worry about taking up space in the condo or bringing sand in! The ocean view was amazing and the patio furniture was very comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was immaculately clean. We were sad to leave and definitely plan to stay here again! :)
