We came here for a spring break trip, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen was expansive with lots of appliances and was easy to cook in. The bedrooms were perfect as well! The hot tub was wonderful to relax in during our stay. Super close to the ocean/boardwalk, outlets, and other nearby places like Lewes. We had such a wonderful time on the porch, in the livingroom for movie nights, and in the dining room for game nights. We got there and immediately wanted to plan another trip for the summer. The house was amazing, the location was amazing, and the host was kind and responded in a quick manner.

Loved our stay! The house is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and yet secluded and peaceful. The house was perfect for our family. A little yard space for the dog and we enjoyed the hot tub. Bill was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

The house is very comfortable and perfect for two pups that were with us. Loved that the kitchen was so well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, fun stemware and plenty of utensils including sharp knives :) Having the open-style kitchen really added to everyone being able to interact so easily at meal time. Oh, and the hot tub was fabulous. Went to the beach every day and it is only a few minutes drive to get there and the "town" of Bethany Beach was pleasingly quaint, with ample fun shops to wander through.

We had such a great stay! The house was located 5 minutes from the main part of town which made it an easy drive. The house was clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Les was a great host. Proactive in letting us know a few important things before our arrival. We would definitely recommend this house to others!

This home was amazing. I have stayed at many airbnbs and I can confidently say this Airbnb owners thought of everything. Every room was complete with all essentials. Home was very well maintained and comfortable. I felt like I was at home! Also they communicated with us to extend and made everything wonderful!

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

This house was beautiful and in a nice community. Plenty of room for our guests and two living rooms too. Kitchen is big, plenty of places to sit and nice TVs when staying in

This was our 3rd time in DE, but our first at the Coastal Club. It was definitely our favorite place! The home was beautiful and felt like our “home away from home.”It was also close to the pool. The location was close to nearby restaurants & the board walk was easy to get to! We can’t wait to return!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

My family along with myself had planned a vacation and booked with Steve at his Airbnb. This was my first experience using Airbnb and it definitely won’t be my last. Steve’s property was amazing! The house was clean from top to bottom. The booking was super easy and straight to the point and no hassle. The communication was great and made the process easier for me. The home was super comfortable and had everything you would need when you’re away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals even seasonings. Overall perfect experience and will definitely book with Steve again!

20117 sunchase ter selbyville was absolutely amazing. It accommodated everyone (10 people) perfectly and the house was lovely. Tons of closet space, beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone. I would 100% stay again!!

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Excellent experience from booking to checkout. I was very familiar with this area and couldn't have picked a better place. Will likely stay again!
