Mahesh, l’hôte, est d’une bienveillance et d’une générosité incroyables, toujours aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Le petit-déjeuner maison, servi sur la terrasse du bas, est un pur délice et un vrai moment de détente. L’emplacement est idéal, le cadre magnifique… Tout était absolument parfait ! Si vous cherchez un endroit exceptionnel où séjourner au Sri Lanka, ne cherchez plus, c’est ici !

I had a wonderful stay at Marta’s place in Hiriketiya. Marta was an amazing host – very kind and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The accommodation was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Both Hiriketiya Beach and Dickwella Beach were within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the area. One thing to note is that there is a school nearby, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings. However, this didn’t bother me too much and overall since I want surfing in the morning. I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

Ricky's place is simply wonderful - the house itself, the high ceilings and all the details, the view, the sunrise every morning, the breeze, the little Blue Beach nearby... The location is perfect - close enough to amazing beaches but still far enough from noisy, popular places. We had everything we needed and I only wish we stayed longer. Madu, who is assisting Ricky, is super helpful. He organized the airport transfer and then subsequent urgent transfer to the hospital in Matara because our little son got quite sick. Madu also gave us great tips for places to eat and beaches nearby. One of the cutest things was Mati - the dog of the property. My kids wanted to take Mati back home with us, and if we could, we would have - an amazing dog. We will be happy to be back one day and stay for a while. This airbnb feels like a home instantly.

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this stunning accommodation! The interior design is simply beautiful, with a stylish and elegant touch that makes you feel right at home. The place is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights is the large, gorgeous garden—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Another major plus is the direct access to Blue Beach Island, which makes this location truly special. There are also fantastic cafés nearby, adding to the convenience and charm of the area. The accommodation itself is spotless—everything is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It’s equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a luxurious stay, from high-end amenities to thoughtful details that make all the difference. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back!

I don't think there are words that can fairly describe the view, atmosphere, surroundings, peacefulness, and the beauty of our stay at this property. The exterior is priceless: beautiful pool, lovely nature around you, the sound of the waves, simply amazing... The interior is also nice and well-designed. The space isn't that spacious so only a bedroom and a toilet but it was fine for us.

We loved staying at Shaun’s place. He was a great, responsive and flexible host & Ruhan was such a lovely, smiley co-host. It’s just a short walk to a little beach where you can snorkel with turtles. There’s lots of restaurants, beach bars & cafes just a short walk away.

Harshani's place is a really nice a cosy little appartment, really close to the beach (3mn walk). It's exactly as on the photos. Harshani and her familly really did their best to make us feel at home. They welcomed us with a iced coffee and a delicious cake. Our stay here was perfect ! 😁

5 min from the beach and up in the jungle, it’s the best place to stay if your looking for the calm. Breakfast and Yoga sessions were great. The staff very kind. I recommend 100%.

Ruwan ist ein überaus lieber Mensch der sehr darum bemüht ist, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab einen Kühlschrank voll mit kostenlosem Wasser. Frühstückszeiten waren nach Absprache, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr variieren können (es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche). Ruwan organisierte uns den Transport zur nächsten Unterkunft zum Uber Preis. Und der Fahrer war auch sehr nett. Wir haben einen Ausflug zu den Schildkröten und nach Galle zusammen mit Ruwan gemacht, den ich mir ehrlich gesagt etwas anders vorgestellt hatte. Ich dachte er ist so etwas wie ein Touri Guide der uns auch Informationen an die Hand gibt, aber er hat uns lediglich gefahren. Dafür empfand ich den Preis als etwas zu hoch. Aber es war dennoch sehr schön und eine gute Idee. Wir bereuen es nicht 4 Nächte bei Ruwan verbracht zu haben und können es guten Gewissens empfehlen. Gerne wieder dort.

Eine sehr entspannte Unterkunft und super gemütlich. Sie ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Garten und ein paar Gehminuten entfernt gibt es ebenfalls einen schönen Strand mit weniger Steinen beim Einstieg. Saskia, Chethanas Freundin, war super lieb und freundlich und hatte sehr viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Ihr Frühstück war sehr lecker und sah zudem auch wunderschön aus. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war super sauber und so wie wir es von den Bildern erwarteten. Sogar noch etwas größer. Der Strand war wirklich schön und die Restaurants drumherum super lecker und gastfreundlich. Das Personal war immer nett und bemüht. Bis auf etwas Küchenausstattung wie Besteck, nen Lappen zum wischen und was zum Kehren, war eigentlich alles perfekt.

The place was easy to find, just a 20-minute walk from the beach. It’s spacious with a large balcony and close to the jungle, where we saw monkeys, parrots, chipmunks, peacocks, mongoose, and other wildlife. The area is quiet and far from busy spots, making it great for a peaceful stay. Our host, Sujeewa, was excellent—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, as he is an English teacher. He provided extra pillows and large water bottles (for a fee), ensuring a comfortable stay. He also helped with washing our clothes free of charge. There were a few extra fees, but they were reasonable. The internet was fast but limited to 10 GB/day; we paid extra to upgrade his plan to unlimited as we had to work during our stay. Using the AC also had a daily fee, as it’s not a standard amenity due to past misuse by guests leaving it on unnecessarily causing high electricity costs. Overall, the accommodation offers great value for its price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Staying here was amazing! Suranga is the kindest host, and we felt at home right away. Our room was cleaned several times during our three-week stay, and the garden was a peaceful place to relax. It's also super close to the beach and great restaurants. If I could give more stars, I definitely would!

We are a travelling family and the villa was just perfect for us. We also work online so we needed a quick internet - and it worked very well. Sanjaya and his family are warm beautiful people and they always helped us with anything we asked for. We also enjoyed the garden that is full of birds. Very recommended accomodation! We were really happy to stay here - felt like a home in another country. Appreciated the own outdoor kitchen & laundry machine. The area was quiet, peacefull & mostly local. It is easy to move around - also to local markets & supermarket & fishmarket. The Host are very polite and they have their own small shop where you can buy for example all the drinking water & eggs. The apartment itself is spacious. It was also easy to organize a bike from nearby & store it at the yard. You can easily live here in the rhytm of the nature and hear also the nearby temple/monestry monks singing every morning & evening. It was convienent to get to all the nearby activities like yoga, restaurants etc with a bike in a couple of minutes. In over all it was a peacefull home not too far from anything and we were especially happy not to have loud overnight parties or traffic noises at night around. Blissfull, great value for the money & highly recommended!🫶🏻

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

We had a wonderful stay at Sahan’s place - the location was perfect being a few minutes walk from Blue Beach on one side and Hiriketiya on the other with amazing restaurant/ seafood choices. Avisa was always on hand with great suggestions of what to do and he booked us lots of TukTuks and taxis, he was very helpful. He also served a great breakfast in the garden every morning. The only downside is that the living room part of the apartment became very hot, but the views to the sea from there were great.

Joli appartement idéal pour 2 couples ou famille de 4. Quartier un peu à l'ecart du centre de Mirissa mais commodités accessible à pieds ou tuktuk. Logement confortable et où tout fonctionne bien. Mathilda, malgré son absence, est réactive et toujours prête à aider. Idem pour la personne qui s'occupe du ménage, adorable et disponible. Merci beaucoup !
