We loved our stay at your beautiful home. The communication was so great. Thank you for helping me through the few things I reached out about. It was so nice to hear back so quickly. It can be a little unnerving when traveling and you made the experience very comfortable. The place was beautiful and most importantly so clean. You had all of the right things available for use, so organized and easy to find. The location was close to the train station which was important to us as we planned to go in and out of NYC during our stay. Overall a really fantastic experience. Thank you so much!

Incredible location! Walking distance to the town. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very comfortable all weekend long. Carole and Rich are wondering hosts, and the apartment had everything we needed. We would recommend!!

We had an amazing 10-day stay! The room was very cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. The host provided everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication was smooth, and they were always helpful and responsive. If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Ildiko was very friendly and proactive. Her place was very clean and in a great location just a few minutes away from downtown Southhampton. She had plenty of linens and towels. The best part were the toys she had which my kids couldn't get enough of! Thank you Ildiko!

Great stay! Spotless, cozy, and well-decorated apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee options were perfect. The bed was super comfy, and the pull-out couch worked great for my family member. The chalkboard wall was a fun touch, and the office desk was perfect for work. This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

I had a great stay here and the place felt like home immediately. There was a lot of space for my dog to run around as well. Everything was very clean and organized. There was noise through the apartment as per previous reviews as there are other people living throughout the house, but it is something I did not mind at all, especially since I had my dog with me.

We loved our stay at Deborah and David's home. The house was perfect for our family, so clean and well equipped. It is even better than on the photos. And what an amazing backyard for the kids!

The house was exactly as described in the photos, felt like a home with everything we needed to spend a family weekend. Visited with 2 kids who enjoyed the backyard and surroundings, place is fully stocked with great cooking utensils for all you might need to cook including a great BBQ. The house is spotless, looks and feel like new and everything is in perfect condition. We had a great stay and will definitively come back. Checkin/Checkout was very easy and Jonathan was very responsive.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Chris’s stunning home. This is a truly special property, masterfully designed and filled with incredible art and custom, detailed furnishings. Every corner of the main house and pool house exuded warmth, luxury, and charm. As a Hampton’s Real Estate Agent, I was looking for a few days to unwind and recharge, and this home was exactly what I needed. Just minutes from Sag Harbor, it was the perfect location for dining and shopping. The primary bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, featuring fluffy pillows and cozy linens, while the en-suite bathroom, with its amazing jacuzzi tub, was a dream. The living room provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for curling up with a book, and the kitchen was well-equipped for anything I needed. I also loved the media room and gym, which were both fantastic additions to the home. Everything was impeccably clean and spotless, & the overall ambiance was spacious, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. This home is a true gem!

This place was perfect for our long weekend away! We had two adults and two kids, as well as our 11 year old golden retriever. We had plenty of room and the kids were entertained with Xbox and ping pong. The weather was unseasonably warm so we were also able to enjoy the fire pit with some friends that recently got married. We would definitely stay here again, no questions asked.
