This stay exceeded our expectation because it was such an easy walk to the beach. At the beach, there were chaise lounges and umbrellas for us to use. The beach was a lovely sand. Our kids snorkeled and played in the waves. It was a short drive to town, but there is a taverna right next door that we went to twice and loved the food. Eleni and Giorgo were lovely hosts. They let us borrow their boogie board. There were plenty of towels and we could dry our items on the two porches. They were accommodating at every turn. We highly recommend staying here. My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment for one week and it was totally awesome. One of the best Airbnb-accomodations we have ever been to. We enjoyed our dinners at our private and spacious terasse with a fantastic view over the beautiful landscape and the distant sea. The apartement is located in a rural area some kilometers away from the touristic center of Rethymno which is perfect to experience the charm of a typical Cretean village. It is advisable to rent your own car, but it is also possible to go there by taxi which we did on our first day. We loved going for a swim in the clean and inviting pool which we could nearly use for our own. Finally, we are especially grateful for the help of NTIVOS and his lovely family who helped us with all of our concerns and would definetely recommend staying at this apartment.

Nicht nur Philia als Gastgeberin, sondern auch alle anderen Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, can’t recommend it enough. I love this part of Crete and this accommodation was the perfect location for seeing it. It was beautiful, comfortable and the pool was great, the view was stunning, the staff were so wonderful, highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at kallicrates village. Antonis is a very friendly host and was always reachable. The pool is very clean and nice to swim or stay in the sun. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We would always book again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était parfait. Le studio était très confortable et propre, une bonne literie, il y avait la climatisation et un ventilateur en cas de fortes chaleurs. L''endroit est magnifique et très calme, la piscine est très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil de Theodosia et ses précieux conseils, elle a toujours été disponible, même tard le soir et nous a préparé un très bon repas après une difficile journée, c'était une belle rencontre, le petit déjeuner est également succulent, vraiment merci pour tout, j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir !

Amazing hotel 😄 The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of there way to provide a great service, cocktails delivered to your room or pool side was brilliant! Breakfast in the morning was a great standard, lots of options 😁 on arrival we were given a voucher for discount at the local restaurant, which was our favourite meals of the whole trip- definitely worth visiting. The cleanliness of the room and pool area couldn't be faulted, very high standard. The location of the hotel was a hour from the airport via taxi [70 euro]. Within walking distance of a handful of bars and local shops and the beach, however a difficult and busy road to cross in between. highly reccomend renting a car [30 euro a day] and using the hotel as a base to explore near by Rethymno and popular beaches around the island. looking forward to returning again next year!

We loved our stay! The room was super private with our own sun beds! They took care of every detail! If you want to have a quiet stay and just enjoy the swimming pool and relax, you should book this room for sure!!

There are few hotels we would love to return to and Kymani is one of them!! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Warm and beautiful staff. Easy to order breakfasts that were delicious. Sexy aesthetics. Comfy bed. Walkable to everything. An amazing place for a relaxing romantic getaway.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel with great and friendly service. Everything was tasteful and solid. It is located close to some beautiful beaches like Schinaria and Ammoudaki. The beach closest to the hotel is not as nice but ok and not crowded. The village has some nice restaurants at walking distance.
