We had a very comfortable stay. The thematic decor was fun as it conducted us seaward. The lodging was supplied with an answer to every possible need including even women’s fragrance. Craig was friendly and welcoming; Julia wished us the best on our departure. Everything makes me want to return.

Dave made me feel right at home! The place was extremely beautiful, quiet and cozy. Everything I needed for a quick trip. The views and pebble beach were beautiful and I’ll never forget my stay here!

Everything was perfect , felt right at home the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on ! Shower was wonderful /great water pressure.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

This place is a perfect Nahant beach get-away. We were there for a wedding over the weekend, and were so lucky to find Elyse's place! Elyse is a wonderful host, and she communicated everything in such a detailed manner that finding the place/checking in was a breeze. It poured rain all weekend, but the cozy, clean unit that is decorated beautifully and is so conveniently located to everything made us feel at home. The unit has everything you need - even a lovely deck overlooking Boston Harbor. Elyse was gracious enough to offer to turn on the hot tub for us while we were arriving, and she had great local recommendations. While we did not get to use the hot tub or go to the beach because of the rain, we hope to return and take full advantage of how special this place is again!

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Michael was an AMAZING host and his home was beautiful. The location was amazing, the rooms were so comfortable and he was such a gratuitous host. You can tell he really loves this home and we had such a great time staying there. In addition to Michael being so great the house was stocked with tons of toiletries and all the conveniences of home. We will definitely look to book this home again!

Very cozy and convenient to local attractions as well as the Boston area. Will definitely stay again next time visiting the area.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

The place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a family occasion and the location was a close driving distance to everywhere we needed to go. The property had everything we needed and Thomas and Jenny were very responsive and communicative.

Jackie's house was beautiful, a perfect place for a group getaway. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever need. The deck is very large with a beautiful view. The bedrooms are spacious. The place was incredibly clean when I came. There is an apartment downstairs that was occupied and the neighborhood is very quiet so just something to keep in mind. The check out had clear instructions and was easy. Jackie was also very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Kahn was super helpful it was my first tike using airbnb and he made it easy and helped out with a couple of things i needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pebble house. Our host, Pietrina was amazing. A response time is almost instantaneous, the house was beautifully clean, and wonderfully maintained. The interior decor was absolutely spot on . You felt like you were Home as soon as you walked in the front door. Our trip was in the in the dead of winter, and having the fireplace made all the difference in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would go back an instant. The view of the Harbour while you’re sitting in the sunroom with a nice cup of coffee was priceless. Thank you The Hyde’s.

This house was perfect for two parents and two grown children to spend Christmas week. The views were amazing, the setting very peaceful. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. (Lots of dog walkers.) The temperature throughout the house could be regulated very well. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. The TVs worked great and there was comfortable seating for our group. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms worked great -- plenty of hot water and nice amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped for any kind of cooking. As we were leaving, my wife and I said this was probably the first AirBNB we've stayed in to which we would happily return.

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. It was well decorated, clean and organized. The hot tub was lovely and the beds comfortable. Beautiful view of the harbor. The property manager Jay was nearby and super helpful! He went above and beyond to give recommendations on things to do, places to eat and how to get around. It was a family friendly location. Walking distance to amazing playgrounds and to subway. We went to aquarium for duck tour and walked around the north end. We enjoyed carousel and even more amazing playgrounds! We checked out Paul Revere house and had cannolis at Modern. Bring your walking shoes! Everything was perfect!

We had an exceptional stay and really appreciated Charley’s responsiveness! The location is perfect for walking to town, and it was lovely walking around all of the historic homes on the way. The condo is comfortable and beautifully appointed with fun decorations in the Salem Witch City spirit. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

We loved staying in this comfortable air bnb with all the amenities. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Walden Pond. It was a nice, relaxing stay after moving my kid in the city. We would love to stay here again.
