Fantastic family accommodation. Beautiful views & stylish but practical interior. Lots for kids to do inside the house (for bad weather days!). Would highly recommend and we hope to stay there again if we come back to Iceland in the future!

Great location that’s outside the hustle of downtown Reykjavik. Sweet neighborhood and extremely well-kept home with beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

Great communication, beautiful home. We had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Klara was a gracious host, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We plan to come back in the summer next year and will stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien placé dans le centre de Rekyavik. Logement bien chauffé et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Oskar est très réactif. Check in et check out très facile. Petit tips pour le parking : se garer dans la rue au-dessus de celle du logement car gratuite à partir de 18h et le weekend. Je recommande sans hésiter

This place was perfect! 4 adult and 4 kids. It was absolutely beautiful home and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance to food markets and some restaurants and only 20 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Walking trails all along the area. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our visit to Iceland, highly recommend this place!

Loved the stay! Close to Reykjavik, this place was a good pit stop before we moved to the golden circle. We also saw spots of northern lights from the frontyard, couldn’t spot much since the activity wasn’t great. But I’m sure a great place to book in case you want to see northern lights! Very peaceful area. Walkable to supermarket

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

Great location outside of the city where you’re not too far of a drive from the center. Lots around thats walkable and it was nice to be a bit out of the crowds. Very clean place, easy to find and park, hassle free check in and out!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal and Edda was very flexible with our check-in time. We locked ourselves our one early morning and contacted Edda. She immediately made arrangements to have someone with an extra key unlock the door for us. The house was clean and quiet for the most part. The sleeping arrangements were great. The kitchen is amazing as is the living room. Everything we needed for the stay was available which made the trip less stressful. We would definitely recommend Edda's place!

Jette’s house is ideally located to get into Reykjavík and to get out into the absolutely stunning countryside. Located just of the motorway But well soundproofed and superbly insulated you certainly won’t get cold. Jette stayed in contact just enough but felt approachable at the same time. Plenty of grocery shops around so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen. By car it takes about 5-10 mins to get into the old town. Have fun.

The place is spacious, stylish and cozy! Communication was very timely as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful home. Bjarni had the hot tub warmed up ready for us, was very friendly and left a lovely welcome gift which was very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, especially after a busy day of travelling/touring. Easy to find and easy to park hire car. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again when we next visit.

This home is beautiful, and the host is very responsive. The house has everything you need for a lovely stay. It is easy to travel towards Keflavik, Vik, or Reykjavík from the home. We were able to fit nine people comfortably.

Nice, spacious house matching perfectly matching the description and photos. Worked perfectly for four adults and four kids. Football pitch and playground by the school just a few metres from the house. And a trampoline in the garden. Easy and quick communication with David. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautiful place. It truly felt like a home, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. What made it even better was the location—it’s within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls. Kari’s place made us feel right at home especially with little kids. The location is perfectly close to the city to easily get downtown for dinner or sightseeing but is also in a quiet part of town. Kari as a host was very responsive and provided some great recommendations.

A beautiful home near Reykjavik (10 min drive) & conveniently located near highways for easy travel. Extremely clean and comfortable, amenities as described, amazing back porch and hot tub — felt right at home! Guðjón and his family were incredible hosts and made our first trip to Iceland a VERY special one! Shout out to Tommy & Tia, the house cats — we fell in love! Thank you again for everything; we cannot wait to return!
