We were in town for a baseball tournament so this was perfect, much better than a hotel since there were 4 of us. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. It's an older house but it's clean with some modern and nice upgrades. No tv's in the bedrooms but we used our phones - no big deal, just an fyi. The location was quiet and peaceful. Host was very quick and helpful responding to messages. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Excellent retreat up on the mountain. Loved listening to the stream flowing through the back yard while reading or enjoying some coffee/Crio Bru. We had everything we needed to cook meals and even store some left overs in the fridge for the following day. The propane grill came in handy a couple nights to crisp up some steaks from Piggly Wiggly. If you're keeping track of time while cooking, don't only rely on the stove clock without a good first study or you might be questioning whether you are in a time warp; which reminds me: Your phone may ping back and forth between central and eastern time as the modern cabin is just barely in the central time zone (my alarm went off, but the wife's did not)!

Very quiet and cozy stay! The steps can be a little tricky if you have any mobility issues, so be mindful of that when booking. We would stay again!

Sam and Tasha were amazing! The place was already set up for us when we got there it was so sweet, me and my husband came here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect spot to relax and disconnect. When we arrived they had beautiful swan towels and a sweet note on the white board it was amazing! You can tell they thought of everything when setting things up for our arrival it was perfect in every way. And throughout our stay they were so helpful and hospitable with messages of local resources and support. We made so many lifelong memories here we absolutely loved it and already want to be back. We would recommend this spot to anyone!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

The second you walk into this beautiful house you are home! Great details, comfortable furniture and one HUGE TV! Amazing views from the dining room and deck, just perfect.

We enjoyed are stay immensely! Very quiet and peaceful area. Loved the little dock on the lake. Home was clean and had all the necessities for our trip. There were even some toys and games for my young girls to play with. Great yard for the little ones to run around, they too enjoyed the dock. Matthew was never a bother, very proactive, kind, and quick to respond.
