durch und durch ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Von der sehr freundlichen Begrüssung bis zum tollen Frühstück. wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und sicherlich wieder kommen.

Schönes, modernes Zimmer, wohl frisch renoviert. Gute Matratzen. Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack. Ein- und Auschecken erfreulich einfach. Ruhige Lage, gute Luft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ingrid and Helmut are, without a doubt, the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. Their apartment is amazing and spacious, they’re very kind, and they provide you with tons of local resources and help navigating the Rhine River valley. They gave us a spreadsheet showing the names and hours of the restaurants in town, homemade breakfast in the morning, a short tour around the town, and so much more. I can’t recommend them enough , and if you’re even remotely close to Bacharach, Germany, spend at least two days with Ingrid and Helmut. You will not regret it!

Dies ist meine zweite Airbnb Unterkunft und ich bin froh, diese äußerst positive Erfahrung gemacht zu haben. Die Unterkunft ließ mir keine Wünsche offen, ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. Philippa und Ihr Sohn sind tolle Persönlichkeiten, freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufgeschlossen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. In meinem Fall muss ich besonders die Flexibilität hervorheben und mich herzlichst für die Erfüllung meiner Sonderwünsche bedanken. Philippa ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu unterstützen und das geht über das selbstverständliche Niveau hinaus. Einfach perfekt! Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Alles super, gerne wieder

The apartment is clean and spacious and looks just like the photos. The host was responsive and we had no problem checking in or checking out. They had the bed for our 5th guest already prepared in the main living room. It is conveniently located near downtown and had a cute patio. We were happy with the price especially with last minute reservations. We would recommend communicating with the host before arrival if you have a car as it was a little complicated to do that on the day of checkin. The biggest challenge we had is that it is up four flights of stairs with no elevator. We quickly adjusted and planned for a little extra exercise when going in and out. It was also a bit loud as we were there over a summer weekend and there were folks partying until 3am outside. It was better with the windows closed by it is summer and it was hot. Enjoyed touring the castle and the summer festivals. Overall great value and service.
