For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Susanne is an amazing host and very helpful. She offers a very nice countryside house. I really recommend to anyone.

Wir waren mit Freund*innen und Kinder da. Es war grossartig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat viele Zimmer. Die Gastgebenden waren überaus freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

A beautiful and cozy apartment where we enjoyed afternoons spent reading on the sofa and loved preparing dinner in the excellently equipped kitchen. The apartment is located right next to a lovely bookshop/café and serves as a great starting point for hiking trips. There is even a whole folder with maps and recommendations for hikes in the vicinity, in case you arrive unprepared. We very much recommend staying there!

Très belle maison, dans un joli cadre très vert, adapté aux familles, parfaitement équipée. Communication fluide et réactive. Seule petite surprise : quelques passages d'avions certains jours juste au-dessus de la maison.

Wir verbrachten ein tolles und entspanntes Wochenende in dieser schnuckeligen Unterkunft! Perfekt für ein romantisches und erholsames Wochenende in Zweisamkeit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell sowie unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal für Wandertage: ruhig gelegen und in der Nähe von zahlreichen, schönen Wanderrouten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My wife and I were visiting our daughter, and were delighted with Maria's place! It was very clean and open, with easy access and the 3 floors really gave you space. Maria was very responsive to our requests, and always a delight to deal with. We couldn't have been happier!

Wir haben uns in der Villa, nach dem Wow-Effekt beim eintreten, sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Trotz schlechtem Wetter konnte man in den Pool und Whirlpool. Der Fitnessraum ist super ausgestattet - wir waren beschäftigt ^^ außerdem ein großes Lob an die Reinigungskräfte, es war alles blitzblank und die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön hergerichtet.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Livia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben den Aufenthalt extrem genossen. Das Frühstück war der Hammer und hat super geschmeckt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

This was one of the best experiences at an Airbnb for me, the place was so warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. We loved the cat, there were so many little thoughtful touches here and there at the place which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, it’s a small and quiet village. Recommended to whoever wants to stay here .

We chose this location due to it being down the road from family that live in Switzerland, and we really enjoyed using the property as a comfortable base during Christmas week 2024. The property is very quiet, clean and warm. It has easy access to road and rail networks, but you can also walk from the door into peaceful open countryside or down into the old town of Mellingen. Sue and Fritz were very helpful and friendly, and we even had a light snowfall on our first night – many thanks to Fritz for clearing the path of snow for the next morning!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Top Austattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Badezimmer mit der Sauna und Jacuzzi war wunderschön! Ebenso der Kamin im Wohnsitzbereich für gemühtliche Stimmung. Parkplätze sind ebenso vorhanden. Super Aufenthalt!

Dieser Bungalow ist einfach ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Jedes Detail in diesem Haus zeugt von viel Liebe und Stil. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb total wohl und willkommen gefühlt. So war der Whirlpool bereits aufgeheizt und parat für uns. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist da. Weiter lädt das bequeme Sofa zu gemütlichen Abenden ein und später wartet ein sehr bequemes Bett auf einen. Fabienne ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die proaktiv kommuniziert und sehr grosszügig ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

I really liked Michael's place very clean, easy to get too. Location was walkable to a lot of places, restaurants, public transportation. Michael was a great host communicated very well. Explained the amenities and gave me good information on how to get around the city. I would highly recommend this place.

Ein Ort um zu SEIN. Mara und Daniela sind super Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir planen wieder zu kommen <3

The room was very well kept, and everything listed was honest. The host was very communicative, kind, and understanding.

Große, schöne, helle Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, großen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, voll ausgestatteter Küche und riesiger Terrasse. Weitere Vorteile: sehr leise, eigener Parkplatz, Grünflächen in der Nähe, Vermieter leicht erreichbar. Die praktischen Außenjalousien halten im Sommer die Hitze draußen, werden aber nicht ganz dunkel – mit Schlafbrille kein Problem. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.
