We were in town for a dance competition and they can be very hectic so we really enjoyed coming back to this quiet and peaceful apartment. Everything was wonderful from the start. Graham was so responsive and helpful with my many questions and check in was a breeze. I loved how everything was labeled, there was no guessing how to use the tv or where to find anything, he has everything marked and labeled for ease of use. The apartment was truly clean and relaxing, we felt right at home. My daughter was in love with the lighted mirrors in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Providence again, I HIGHLY recommend this airbnb. Melissa

Angelika’s place was amazing!!! The photos are great but in person it’s even better! We were very impressed with the cleanliness, fresh smell, chic and minimal vibe of the furniture. The couch and beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is so quiet we almost felt like we should whisper to adhere to the silence of the outdoors! Angelika was very responsive, instructions were clear and unit was easily accessible. The location is also great! 10 minutes away from just about anywhere in Providence so we were able to go many places with a quick drive to and from. We are returning to Angelika’s place for sure!

Absolutely perfect apartment for a lovely weekend getaway! Close to all the main attractions! Apartment was clean and cozy! Bed was super comfy! We felt right at home! Loved that parking was off the Main Street-felt secure! Would love to book again!

This is a simple, homey apartment away from the chaos of downtown yet just a quick drive away. We cooked several meals there and would say that though it’s not a chef’s kitchen it gets the job done. If you plan to cook, bring your own oils, spices, etc and expect basic pots, pans, and dishes. Awesome entertainment options, comfy beds, quiet, light and airy. We had a great stay. Host communication is outstanding.

Great place to stay for a few days. Not too far away from the city. Fast EV charger was the highlight of the stay. Would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic home. Centrally located, it is beautifully appointed and very accommodating. Our party of seven enjoyed breakfasts together in the welcoming dining room, evening conversation in the gracious living room, and afternoon chats in the gorgeous patio garden. Everyone reported a good night’s rest in their comfortable bed and good water pressure in the showers. Matthew and Alice are wonderful hosts. Communication with them is easy and seamless. They made us feel welcomed in their lovely home. I highly recommend their home for a memorable AirBnB stay in Providence.

The Sweet Spot was just the escape we needed! Jill was very helpful before our arrival with brunch suggestions and we were welcomed with an assortment of snacks and adult beverages to enjoy. We will definitely plan a trip to Bristol and stay at the Sweet Spot in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

Justin was a wonderful, friendly, helpful, responsible, professional host, and the place was lovely! I especially loved the peace and quiet of being on a dead-end street, and it was a surprise and pleasure to be able to see so many stars from the house (far more than I'm used to). Walking distance to the ocean was great, too! The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a quiet retreat. I'd intended to spend more time in Newport and the Cliff Walk, but I liked Sachuett Point even more, spending a lot of time over there, walking on rocks and beaches near the ocean (even though it was the winter). Dramatic, quiet, and beautiful!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!
