My stay at Pippa's place was absolutely wonderful! The studio was spotless, welcoming, and had everything I needed for my work stay. Pippa was kind, proactive, and responsive throughout my visit to Rhode Island, I would absolutely stay here again if I return to the area.

Great spot, very accommodating and friendly host. Very peaceful but only a short drive/Uber downtown.

Linda was an incredible host, she was so helpful, had great recommendations and was happy to help. Her place was clean, easy to access and felt very safe. We loved our time at Linda’s place and feel it’s the best space we’ve rented. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Gwenda is a great host- she was proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The apartment was pristine with a sunny comfortable sitting area, a just-what-you-need kitchen, big, bright and clean bathroom with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Bristol is a sweet little town well worth a visit all on its own or as an easy jumping off point for Newport or Providence.

Been to Michael's place many times, and I love it. A true getaway—beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, in a lovely neighborhood that instantly feels like home. I'll be back soon.

There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

Amazing vacation spot. Margaret and Mark are perfect hosts—super helpful and great communicators. Beautiful spot, gorgeous landscaping, and very cute (and super clean) apartment. Great access to beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return!

Tatiana is a great host, her place was perfect for an extended stay with my dog for a holiday in Bristol with my daughter. So comfortable to come back to after a day at the museums in Boston or sightseeing in Salem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed to extend the duration of our visit and the host was very accommodating. The pictures and description accurately described the property which was quite cozy comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Amazing stay! Very flexible with both check in and check out times, which we really appreciated since we were driving over a thousand miles. Clean, tidy, organized and amenities were easy to use. Great food as well!!

Perfect Airbnb experience. The place was amazing - comfortable, peaceful, easy to get too and a perfect location close to the URI campus making parents weekend an absolute breeze. We felt like we were on vacation and had a much better stay than other parents did at nearby hotels. We’ll be back for sure!

It was a wonderful stay! Trish and Murphy are so warm and friendly. She was very understanding when my flight was delayed over an hour which delayed my check in. Great communication! Left me wonderful notes! Will definitely stay again.

Christina and Mark were great to deal with. They were extremely proactive and responsive in their communication. The apartment was perfect. Tons of amenities and it was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only difficulty was actually getting into the parking area and that was user error.

Keiko and Joe's beautiful historic house lived up to our expectations and then some. It was truly ideal for a family trip to watch the Ivy Madness Women's Basketball Championships hosted on the Brown University campus, a short walk from the house. Though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for food prep/entertaining, w/ every appliance including coffeemaker. Snacks upon arrival were appreciated. Laundry is fully equipped. Every room is decorated with stunning sailing art & memorabilia, books and keepsakes, which imply trust, grace and generosity and helped to make our stay a delight. I felt as if we were staying with dear family or friends. Every possible need is thought of. We have stayed at many properties all over the world and Keiko is an extremely responsive & very kind cordial host. I couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Lovely apartment very close to PVD attractions and easily walkable to Brown U. Loved staying here and Alison was responsive and helpful at every step of the way!

The apartment was adorable- decorated very nicely and beachy - and was very clean! Sandra left toiletries which was very much appreciated and gave awesome local recommendations. Easy check in - would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Sorally's space went beyond all expectations. She was a lovely host, friendly, and very responsive to messaging. The smell when entering the apartment was fragrant and inviting. The apartment itself was charming and the couches were super comfortable. The grill was easy to use and she even left us a basket full of snacks too! Highly recommended space and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

My family stayed here for 4 nights this summer while visiting the Newport area. We had never been before and weren’t sure what to expect and the location is perfect. The house is on quiet street yet it is also a short walk to some local restaurants and an ice cream shop. There is a beach that is walkable and a couple other awesome beaches that are a ~5 min drive. It’s super easy to get into downtown Newport too. The house has plenty of room and great air conditioning (it was very hot and humid when we were there). The pool is a really nice touch for the kids - they loved playing there when we just wanted to hang at the house. Paul is responsive and easy to work with. Recommended.
