Cheyenne is as good as a host gets. Very responsive and provided a trove of places to eat in the neighborhood and other areas. The pictures do not this beautiful home justice. It’s very cozy and feels like a home away from home. The decor is very thoughtful, beds are comfortable and each room even came with a white noise machine. The upstairs living area was perfect allowing us to congregate and watch tv without disturbing the guests downstairs. I could not recommend this home enough!

this listing is a gem - stellar location, great communication, and a really lovely space. sandwiched between the mcmenamin's kennedy school and fernhill park, blocks to alberta ... it's a NE portland dream spot. the space itself is peaceful, simple, and has everything you need for a stay.

Really appreciate this cozy stay with private river access to the Willamette. It was lovely. The massage chair is not to be underestimated! Would def stay again in warmer season to take advantage of water amenities like paddle boards and canoes. It was a bit cold to do so this time around.

It was a very fun and peaceful vacation. This place was perfectly between fun wilderness activities, and the city would definitely come back.!

Nos quedamos en casa de Aaron una semana completa como en la nuestra, familia de 4, mis hijos cada uno en su cuarto, todos muy cómodos, tiene todos los equipamientos necesarios y mas porque Aaron tiene la amabilidad de dejar cafe, todo para la cocina, shampoo, acondicionador, gel de ducha, detergente, etc.. no se tiene uno que preocupar de nada. Ambiente muy tranquilo. El barrio esta super bonito, excelentes restaurantes y tiendas en la calle principal a la vuelta, varios cafes, el Super a 2 cuadras, transporte publico cerca. Regresaria con gusto!

A good place to stay with good amenities!

I liked everything about this home and enjoyed all the shops and popular destinations that were only minutes away. The place was cute, cozy and warm.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at your cabin. We were able to create such wonderful memories and celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday all together in a beautiful space! The entire home was clean, well stocked with necessities, and the amenities were perfect for our large crew. The kids loved the games upstairs and the hot tub was a constant joy for everyone. The path on the property to a nearby river and lake (which we explored everyday, ha) provided so many fun adventures for all of us. We even got away as just adults to Skyway Bar and Grill, one of our favorite BBQ spots. I can’t express enough how special this trip was for my family. I look forward to the next time we can rent from you guys. I’m so thankful we found this amazing property!

This house was a great place for our snow weekend. The beautiful A-frame living room has stunning window views all around. The home has a view of huge trees and provided such a warm, cozy atmosphere to sit and look out the windows with a fire burning in the woodstove. Our grandkids loved the downstairs game room, and we could barely hear all their noise from upstairs! The other bonus was being only about 15 minutes to the great sledding area of Snow Bunny and having lunch in Government Camp afterwards. We will definitely look to rent this place again next winter!

We loved this cabin, especially during the snow and its proximity to Mt. Hood. We enjoyed the big table for card games and the super cozy living room and all the charm and fully appointed kitchen. It was perfect for our small families and we will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s cabin. The location is very serene. About 20-30 minutes to Ski Bowl depending on traffic, but in a very quiet neighborhood. The house itself is well set-up for a group. The couches are comfortable and it’s a nice space to hang out in. The beds are soft and comfortable, too. The sauna was a group favorite and the hot tub was clean and a nice treat after skiing. If you’re staying with ten people, I might recommend bringing extra towels as there are exactly ten. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next winter.

We had a wonderful weekend here celebrating my husband’s birthday. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and great location! We would definitely stay here again! Hot tub and ping pong table were added bonuses. Ian was a very responsive host. I would highly recommend this house!

Hubs and I have been wanting to take the kids skiing for years. But as they would be first timers we desired a casual, fun, low stress experience. Having lived in Oregon I immediately thought of Mount Hood. We lucked out that Violet’s place was available as our family prefers having more space and the ability to cook (in part because of food allergies and picky eaters). When we walked in we were BLOWN AWAY but how resorty the apartment looked and felt. I mean - heated bathroom floors, all the amenities, and soft amazing beds. Beautiful view from the balcony. Even a little hidden nook bed that my 10 yr old just adored. It really was perfect for us. We skied at Meadows and skibowl (go to Meadows - it’s worth the drive) but love the tubing experience at skibowl. The heated pool was so fun - every time my daughter got too hot - she’d hop out and make a snow angel then hop back in. I would not hesitate to book here time and time again.

Beautiful condo and wonderful place to stay for our ski trip. Our friends were jealous of our credit find. Unique and tasteful decor was a plus. The space was extremely livable. The complex with pool and game room means it really has it all. I slept really well on the King bed! The even had Heart coffee!

This place was perfect! So cozy, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. From the thoughtful decor to the super comfy bed, every detail was just right. The space had such a warm and inviting vibe—I could honestly live here! The location was great too, close to everything but still peaceful. The host was wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Portland!

Gino's place was perfect for our needs; walkable to many good coffee shops, restaruants and bars. The space was very comfortable for our family, there was comfortable space to spread out and play games, eat or watch tv. Beds were comfy and clean. We'd certainly stay at Gino's place again when we travel to Portland.

If you are visiting Portland this is the perfect place to stay! Not only is it safe, secure, clean and comfortable it is waking distance to Bamboo Sushi, Shake Shack, and Sizzle Pie! I always stay here when I come to Portland and definitely appreciate how comfy the bed is after traveling. Thank you The Vaisberg for always making my stay a 10/10!
