Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παραλιακή περιοχή της πόλης εκεί όπου τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες από το απόγευμα εως αργά το βράδυ η κυκλοφορία οχηματων απαγορεύεται και ο κοσμος μπορεί ανενόχλητα να κανει την βόλτα του,να φαει σε μια πληθώρα απο εστιατόρια ή να πιει τον καφε ή το ποτό του.Ευκολο πάρκινγκ, 5 λεπτά περπάτημα για το κεντρο της πολης.Καθαρότατο,τα έπιπλα όλα μοντέρνα και αναπαυτικά.Ο Σάκης φιλικότατος και διαθέσιμος για κάθε απορία μας,λαβαμε εγκαίρως αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το σπίτι.Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι,ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Ev sahibimiz çok düzgün biriydi. Ev tertemizdi ve tam şehir merkezinde konumu. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Tekrar gelsem yine aynı evi tutarım. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Auf unserer Reise von der Türkei nach Deutschland erlitten wir einen Wildschaden. Das Auto war nicht mehr fahrbereit und musste in die Werkstatt, wodurch unser Aufenthalt in Alexandroupoli besiegelt war. Nach einer Nacht im Herzen der Stadt suchten wir für den weiteren Aufenthalt einen ruhigeren Ort. Dabei stießen wir auf Pennys Appartement. Nach einer Besichtigung, die perfekt den Bildern entsprach, haben wir gebucht. Penny gab uns sofort tolle Tipps, wo wir Restaurants und Geschäfte finden. Besonders empfahl sie das lokale Tahini. Selten habe ich eine so freundliche Person wie Penny getroffen. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und antwortete schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen. Ihre Ortskenntnis und Empfehlungen für regionale Spezialitäten machten unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Gastgeberin wünschen können.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος για διαμονή 2 ή 3 ατόμων. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζονται για ένα ζευγάρι ή μία οικογένεια. Η απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία είναι περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει mini market. Επίσης, κάτω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης, κάτι πολύ σημαντικό ιδίως για οικογένεια με μικρό παιδί. Ο ιδιοκτήτης του διαμερίσματος είναι πολύ φιλικός και επικοινωνιακός. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην Ξάνθη.

A nice🎁 surprise was the sea view 🌊🌅from the balcony and Netflix🖥️. On the other side of the street, 30 m away, there is a very well - equipped local shop , and for larger shopping 🛒 needs you can go on 5 - minute walk by choosing one of several supermarkets. Maria😇, the owner, was very helpful and caring, I received answers to every question💡, so after a few days I knew everything important about the area and🇬🇷. If you are going to rent this place, please take care🙏of it as if it were your own, because I will definitely come back here many times and it would be perfect to find it as I remember it -

We have stayed just for one night but if we were to come back we definitely know where to stay and would like to stay longer. The apartment was so clean, right in the center, close to the seaside and easy to find.The host has done a great job, he was thoughtful, friendly and helpful. There even were one use only slippers in each room. Great experience !

It's a very nice place located in the centre of Komotini. The bed was very comfortable and the room was in a very good condition. Vangelis helped me to check in and he was very responsive.

Probably the best Airbnb we have experienced. From all the Airbnbs I've been to in various countries, this was the most professionally maintained apartment. The place was located perfectly and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly meticulously clean. I think the little things at Airbnb go a long way, right full stock of tissue and towel paper, garbage bins, full sets of towels, and such. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The only two points that were not perfect was the early check out time and the small second bed. We don't usually travel as a group of 4 people and didn't know what to expect so when we saw this place can accomodate 4 people we assumed the pull out couch would be large enough; however, the pull out couch was really just a single bed at most. At the end, we found a way to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. All the positives outweigh the small hiccups, and this will definitely be our go to place when we visit Alexandroupoli

The location of the apartment is very good. 2 minutes walk to main street and most of the restaurants are very close. The rooms are very spacious and two balconies are very pleasant to drink something. It has everything we needed and we will stay again on our next visit to Alexandroupoli.

Evin konumu çok iyi, haftasonu olduğu için biz biraz park yeri bulmakta zorlandık ama uzakta olsa yer bulduk. Restoranlara sahile yürüme mesafesinde, ter temiz bir ev.. Bizim için tek olumsuz yanı yastıklar biraz sertti .. yastıksız yattık.. ama temizlik ve olanlar çok iyi 4 kişi çok rahat kalabilir

Πέρασα μια βδομάδα στο σπίτι του Αλεξάνδρου λόγω εξεταστικής και ήταν πραγματικά η καλύτερη επιλογή. Άνετοι και ευχάριστοι χώροι, τέλειο vibe, βολική τοποθεσία, και ο Αλέξανδρος ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Εννοείται θα εμενα ξανά εδώ με πολύ μεγάλη χαρά.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλη βεράντα στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ καθαρό!

Mrs.Stavroula is truly an excellent host. Lovely Home is a very clean and aesthetically decorated house. We stayed in this spotless, sparkling house for a nice holiday. Our host took great care of us. You can keep this house with your eyes closed. Because if we come again, we would like to stay in this house again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Çok arkadaş canlısı ve misafirperverlerdi. Daire temizdi, temel ihtiyaçlarımın hepsini karşılamaya yetti ve gayet sakindi. Daireden ayrılırken kurabiye ikram etmeleri de oldukça kibar bir jestti. Uzun konaklama şansım olmadı fakat en yakın zamanda yeniden ziyaret etmek isterim.

Πολύ φιλόξενος χώρος, με όλες τις παροχές σε καλή τιμή και η οικοδεσπότης ευχάριστη και επικοινωνιακή, θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο χώρο για επόμενη διαμονή στην πόλη!

Evin konumu çok merkezi, evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Ev sahibinin iletişimi gerçekten çok iyiydi, konaklamamızın rahat geçmesi için tüm kolaylıkları sağladı, çok teşekkürler 🍀

Die Lage von diesem simplen Appartement ist sehr gut. Mitten in der City ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken ist sehr schwierig , da muss man den Parkplatz am Hafen benutzen, der 5min entfernt ist. Oder man riskiert ein knöllchen. Man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten, dennoch ist alles wie beschrieben und funktioniert auch. Alles in allem das beste Preis-Leistung Appartement dass ich finden konnte. Immer wieder
