Excellent séjour en famille. Une villa merveilleuse décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très spacieuse . Si nous devions revenir dans la région , ce serait sans hésitation . Merci Karine et Jean-Luc pour votre accueil.

Maison impeccable et superbement bien équipée et le summum..piscine chauffée ! avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Villefranche ! nous avons fêté l’anniversaire de mon frère sur le bateau et cela est réellement un plus il faisait frais mais le soleil et le champagne ont fait oublié que nous étions début Mars !:) Du coup nous revenons en septembre alors un grand merci Pierre pour l’accueil !

Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht, um meinen 60sten Geburtstag mit meiner Familie zu feiern. Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick in die Bucht von Saint Maxime. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Ca, 10 min zu Meer. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Einfach zu finden, unkomplizierter check in. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. ( Babybett + Hochstuhl ) Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz im offenen Wohn/Küchenbereich mit 8 Personen zu kochen und zu essen. Für kalte Tage gibt es sogar einen Kamin. Auch der Außenbereich ist genial. Mehrere Ebenen zum Verweilen. Toller Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, sogar ein Boule Bereich am unteren Ende des Grundstücks ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank lieber Stephane für die wunderbare Urlaubswoche. Frank & Familie

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen bewohnt und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr privat und ruhig. Wir haben die Aussicht auf das Meer jeden Tag genossen. Es gab überall sehr viel Platz zum entspannen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, bekamen wir immer sehr freundliche Hilfe von Jean-François. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen! Alles war perfekt!

Tout le monde à apprécié cette location, son emplacement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, et JImmy à répondu rapidement à nos questions. Nous conservons tous le souvenir d'une semaine en famille dans une maison accueillante et parfaitement équipée. Location à faire connaitre.

Ein ganz grosses Danke an Chantal und Ihren Mann, es war als wäre man schon sehr lange weg gewesen und kommt nach Hause. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend,hilfsbereit, Charmant und sehr gut organisiert. Es gab eine ganz tolle Einführung zum Haus & Umgebung, viele Informationen zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus ist unglaublich sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Es wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet und es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Alles funktional. Die Umgebung speziell der Strand sehr gross und wunderschön. Wir waren mit 8 Personen im Haus und es hat genügend Platz um sich nicht auf die Füsse zu tretten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, beheizt und der Whirlpool absolut top. Auch die kleine Überraschung vom Bäcker war sehr liebevoll. Wir sagen nochmals Danke und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Stephan&Family

Dette var det perfekte feriehuset for oss, drar gjerne tilbake hit! Der er alt man trenger og litt til. En nydelig utsikt, flott bassengområde og hage. Huset er koselig, rent og ryddig. Det er et must med leiebil, da det ikke er noe offentlig transport i området. værten svarer raskt om det var noe, og vi følte veldig velkommen igjen ved utsjekking. vil absolutt Anbefale dette feriestedet!

Lloc genial per a passar el Nadal en família, amb un arbre i unes llums precioses. Un entorn natural perfecte per als nens i gossos. Cuina super ben equipada i un salo i sala d'estar per estar tranquil. Si podem, hi tornarem que ens va faltar fer servir la piscina i la pool house.

Espectacular, con una anfitriona amable y pendiente siempre para atender cualquier situación. Totalmente recomendable y con mucha satisfacción por haber elegido su villa. Esperamos regresar pronto. My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) spent two enjoyable weeks in this excellent house. What stands out: 1. Very responsive and helpful hosts 2. Incredible views and pool area 3. Clean and modern space We had a great summer in this house, and Lionel and Phillipe were fantastic hosts. Thank for you a beautiful experience Rocco! The house was BEAUTIFUL, infact better than the pictures listed online! Everything was clean and we were so comfortable. Rocco’s communication was great too he was super helpful and always replied quickly. The house was a little bit tricky to find at first and some Uber drivers did get lost too, but we always managed to find a way to locate the villa. I would definitely be back. Many Thanks

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We are thrilled with the villa and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. We had an unforgettable stay. The villa is absolutely brand new, very modern, and luxuriously furnished, located in a closed and secure residential area. The villa was very clean, and the garden plus pool were also very well maintained. It is in a great location for trips to Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. Communication went smoothly, and even during our stay, our questions were answered very quickly. Wonderful hosts and an always helpful "Maria" on site. We liked it so much that we would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Saint Raphael mit unserer Familie. Alexandre war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ☺️. Wir können die Unterkunft und Alexandre als Gastgeber zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem Ort. Carine hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und uns dann mit Vorschlägen zu Restaurants, Stränden und Supermärkten versorgt. Das Haus ist ruhig und schön gelegen, mit der Möglichkeit einen schönen Spaziergang über Wanderwege zu gehen. Vor allem mit unserem Hund war dies eine tolle Option. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem, die Einrichtung und die Terrassen waren sehr gemütlich. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Je remercie Jean Luc pour son accueil très agréable, une personne très sympathique qui est au petit soin avec les personnes qui loue sa maison. Il nous a offert le petit déjeuner ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin ! Le logement est top, tout pour passer un bon moment entre amis ou famille, encore mieux que sur les photos et super bien situé ! Jean Luc est l’un des meilleurs hôte que j’ai vu sur airbnb depuis toujours, c’est pour ça, je garde l’adresse précieusement Merci

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec deux chiens et deux enfants sans manquer de place ou de matériels. Le cadre permet de rester dans le calme et d'avoir des balades à deux pas de là. Pour les activités, la voiture est nécessaire mais en 15 min vous trouvez de quoi faire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Ainsi que les chiens qui ont pu profiter de l'immense jardin et les enfants de cette grande piscine. D'ailleurs , la petite plage peu profonde est très pratique pour les enfants qui ne savent pas encore nager.

5* pour cette magnifique et immense villa. Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans cette maison paisible, et qui était bien plus grande que ce que nous avions vu en photo. Cécile et son mari ont été plus que réactifs quand nous avions eu besoin. Rien à dire sur la propreté et les équipements de la villa. Nous n'avons dû amener que les courses, tout le reste était fourni, comme à la maison. C'était très appréciable. Nous réserverons à nouveau sans hésiter ! Encore merci. Toute la famille était enchantée.

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

very nice place for just chilling out. They thought of everything needed in the kitchen to cook a decent meal. And view from the balcony and window upstairs was enchanting. Yseult was very helpful.

We booked this house for the family summer vacation and were really satisfied with it. It’s located in the very nice Montagnette range – a bit remote with only few neighbors, yet everything you need is still in short biking distance. We had a wonderful time and spend many hours by and in the beautiful pool and had relaxed evenings in the indoor and outdoor space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and quite a bit more. Communication was great at all times. With Avignon and Arles and many small charming villages close by, there is a lot to explore in the area. The area is, of course, great for biking on any level you prefer. A big warm thank you to Gerard and Audrey for offering this nice house for our summer vacation, we really enjoyed it :-)
