We loved our stay at Cozy Bear Retreat. It was a quiet location. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi was also clean and ready for us when we arrived. All instructions were clear and check in was easy. We would love to stay here again.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we’re in Arrowhead! Gorgeous house and the best hosts! The Village is literally around the corner too.

Beautiful place! Loved the views to the lake and enough space to home me & my group of friend's for the weekend (also a good distance to visit BBMR). J was super helpful and informative about the home & area during our entire stay. Definitely recommend !!

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

This is a cozy little two bedroom condo duplex that’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels. It’s a 10 minute walk to the park. I stayed there for four days with my 10-year-old twin daughters, and we had a blast. Kitchen has modern amenities, as does the laundry room, which made keeping up with the needs of two hungry kids easy. The kids room has bunkbeds, twin over full, which suited my kids nicely. The master BR has vaulted ceiling, but no connected master bathroom. The description was accurate, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The binder of instructions was very helpful and clear. You get a garage space which comes in very handy. All in all, if you’re going to Disneyland, and you don’t want to stay at the hotel, and you need a cozy place for your family, this is just about perfect.

Great location and house was very welcoming. Loved all of the features especially the lighting in the house. Favorite part is that it’s so close to Disneyland!

Nice little cabin steps from the lifts at Snow Summit. Pretty clean and well equipped. Bryan was very responsive and accommodating.

In town, walk to restaurants and stores, short drive to Snow Summit. Because of location pretty much guaranteed that roads will be cleared early. We've stayed at other places where we had to wait for the roads to be plowed.

Kiro was an exceptional host! He responded promptly to all our questions and needs, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great location! Close to everything and very clean. Check in was very smooth and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was just for one night. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

We had a great time. The host was very proactive and communicated very effectively. When an unforeseen issue came up, the host addressed it immediately. A great place for our week long get away.

The hosts and co hosts do great at communicating, the place is as described(very large) for a great price in this area. The only issue I had was the downstairs room wasn’t as warm as the rest of the home. Great place for a great price with great hosts that’s all you can ask for!
