What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We have just returned from a fabulous 3 night stay with family. Everything was perfect, the location, cleanliness, communication, facilities, everything was exactly as described. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

Perfect break set in a private location. Stunning cottage had everything ypu need and more to make you feel right at home. Love the hot tub especially after a long walk. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch which also had some doggy treats too. 100% would love to return, we had an amazing time. Thanks for having us.

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

Mike and Pamela were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. the house was huge! so much space and really well equipped. games for the kids, hot tub, lots of cutlery and crockery, plenty of pillows and towels. everywhere felt clean too. location was good, we didn't walk far as dad walks with a stick and brother on crutches! but you could have easily. plenty of retail parks nearby and the marine lake was a lovely walk. would absolutely recommend!

The place was immaculate, it had everything you needed. Hot tub was super clean and ready upon arrival. Location is good, not much in Barnoldswick but a few nice pubs. With Skipton round the corner (15 minutes) and a really easy drive this isn’t a problem as a taxi wouldn’t even be that much. Would 100% recommend and Jessica communicated so well from booking to arrival.

We stayed with our Rottweiler for my partners birthday and exceeded our expectations. Spotless lodge, thoughtful layout and safe for dogs, the snacks were also a really nice touch, perfect stay

The farmhouse was beautiful, with a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was very relaxing. Will deffinately stay again.

It was a pleasant stay. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean. there was some cosmetic damage which we were informed of before arrival. Some Bulbs were missing in most lights. the sauna didn't seem to come on or turn off when we liked and there wasn't clear instructions on its use. The control panel didn't seem to be attached to the wall properly. I would recommend this stay to others looking for something similar.

Jerry was super responsive and responded within minutes whenever we needed something, which was really appreciated (even around midnight 😅). The house is beautiful, very well furnished. Hot tub was a favourite and the river is incredibly scenic.

We booked on the day we wanted to arrive. Dispite a last minute booking our hosts were friendly and sent all the information we needed quickly. It is a beautiful, relaxing and well equipped home. Sitting out on an evening was lovely and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Lovely relaxing home surrounded by trees, even saw a fox one night.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, with a very homely feel. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. there was 14 of us ( all adults) staying there for one week, we get together at least once a year and hire properties of this size throughout the uk, and we have all agreed that this has been the best one that we have stayed at to date. We were very lucky weather wise and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony taking in the view which is beautiful. We have two chefs in our group and they have said that the kitchen facilities are excellent. The lounge is rather tight for 14 adults, however I suspect that it was larger at some point and has been reduced in size to accommodate the bedroom next door which caters for disabled guests, the size of the lounge did not cause us any discomfort. There are plenty of of board games provided for all ages, incase the weather keeps you indoors. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this house.

Absolutely beautiful lodge in stunning surroundings. Came as a family of four and enjoyed the hot tub, the local walks and the local pubs. The lodge is spotless, the hosts are really responsive and very friendly. Extra touches like the robes and milk and bread were appreciated. Couldn't find fault.

Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

we really enjoyed staying at Mark's place. It was exceptionally clean, and the hot tub was great. There's some great walks nearby , great pubs and stuff for kids like the animal centre. Plus the pool on site was really good too.

From the moment we arrived we totally fell in love - gorgeous views, peaceful location and the hot tub experience was to die for. The place had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable - yes including the beds! Mandy was super friendly and very prompt in her responses - overall 10/10 - do it!

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! Absolutely amazing stay could not recommend enough! Hosts were fantastic and very friendly. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the river which is just a short walk away from where you're staying is 100% worth the visit. Youll not be disappointed. We will most definitely be coming back!

We had a beautiful stay at The Boathouse, it was just like the photos we were extremely impressed. We had the best time as a family of 4 inc our pooch who also enjoyed his stay. Lots of fun, laughter, relaxing & memory making .. perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and being a super friendly host x
