Éramos un grupo de 10 amigos y la casa superó las expectativas en todos los aspectos. A escasos diez minutos del centro turístico en coche la zona es muy tranquila y el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para un viaje de amigos. La piscina climatizada es claramente una de las joyas de la casa, pero las estancias también son espaciosas y muy cómodas. El trato con Pedro fue muy sencillo y todo fueron facilidades; En definitiva, si quieres un sitio para hospedarte unos días en Oporto y aprovechar no solo la ciudad sino también la comodidad de un gran alojamiento no lo dudes

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

Very cozy apartment in an old building with a good outdoor space. Rui was an excellent host and very responsive to any request, including getting us a new kettle! He was friendly and offered us lots of information about the city and neighbourhood. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The house is smaller than it seems in the photos but it is liveable and comfortable. There is a small gas heater for those chilly or damp nights. The two bedrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathroom. The back garden was a nice place to relax on a sunny day. The neighbourhood is very walkable and close to all sorts of things like the metro, buses, cafes, supermarkets, parks, and restaurants. It doesn't take long to walk anywhere, or to take a bus into centro. The street is small and a very large car may have a problem parking there, but we didn't. We liked that the neighbourhood isn't too busy and is mostly residential. We would definitely choose this place again.

Great place to stay - located close to the centre, but not noisy. Nice big apartment The hosting was super helpful, very responsive and friendly, gave us lots of tips of nearby things to do. Would highly recommend!

The house is lovely and larger than it appears in photos. The outdoor terrace is great and there are restaurants, a grocery store, and the metro within easy walking distance. It is also within walking distance to the ocean. Francisco is friendly, responsive, and provided great local suggestions.

We were met by Tatiana at the front door. She was great very informative and friendly. She showed us everything. She answered all our questions and recommended a short walk to some good restaurants. She was always available if we had any questions. The unit was awesome. Great views of the river and very peaceful. We took an Uber into the city centre, it was a great choice, parking is at a minimum and very busy. I was surprised as how inexpensive it was and fast pickup. The four of us would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect for a travelling group of four. Very spacious, beautiful view, just a stroll to the hot spots of Porto! Host Alex was informative, friendly and responsive! Highly recommend for your Porto stay!

Mário, hôte adorable et extrêmement réactif, nous a même permis de déposer nos valises après le départ. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Mega! Das Appartment liegt absolut zentral und ist dennoch sehr ruhig! Die Betten sind super bequem und gemütlich! Ich kann das Appartment zu Hause 100% weiter empfehlen.

We were there for a few nights and liked the stay very much. We walked to the beach often and liked how close it is to Porto. Joaquim helped us with everything we asked for!

A beautiful apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday! Natacha’s place is spotlessly clean, lots of space and so many little extras it really felt like a home from home. The views of the sea and the sunset from the balcony were amazing! The pool was huge and clean and the surrounding area peaceful but close enough to Porto and Gaia by bike or a quick Uber ride. There is a boardwalk and cycle path just across the road that goes all the way down the beach to Porto. There is a supermarket nearby and some lovely beach bars and restaurants along the front. Natacha was a perfect host - friendly and very responsive and helpful with lots of ideas and suggestions for our stay. Our teenage girls loved the surf lessons that Natacha suggested and we had lots to do and lots of sights to see. Thank you Natacha for the perfect stay. We recommend 100% and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

Een prachtig huis met privézwembad gelegen op een mooi landgoed. De stad Porto ligt op ca. 15 km van de accommodatie maar ook andere bezienswaardigheden zijn onder handbereik. We werden bijzonder hartelijk onthaald door de eigenaar die ons voorzag van vele goede tips die onze vakantie echt verrijkt hebben. Zijn kennis over de omgeving is uitzonderlijk. Genoten, een plek om naar terug te keren!

Very spacious and well equipped apartment with air conditioning/heating in every room. Cooking utensils, plates, kitchen towels etc available. Nespresso coffee machine, mixer and dishwasher(including tablets) on site. Bath towels included and available for everyone. Television with Netflix, Disney + and prime for when the weather is bad (which was the case). Superb location next to the sea with a bit of sea view from the apartment. There is a wooden walking trail which is very nice. There information provided by email was very extensive and really handy. Hugo was also super responsive and very friendly. He did his best to have the apartment ready earlier than advertised which was much appreciated. The apartment has the luxury of 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. There is also an Auchan, Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona in the neighbourhood. 10 minutes drive to Porto. The parking space is really handy but a bit tricky to enter and leave. We had a really great stay.

Nossa estadia foi espetacular!! A recepção de senhor Sebastião e sua senhora ( Gorete ) foi maravilhosa! A casa é muito mais bonita do que as fotografias!! Tem simplesmente tudo! Ficamos 5 dias , espaço limpo e cheiroso!! A calefação maravilhosa e o lugar simplesmente magnífico!!!! Eu irei voltar com certeza!!! Fomos em 11 pessoas e as crianças amaram!! O cachorro era um fofo !! Simplesmente uma das melhores estadias que já tive!!!!
