We had an incredible stay at this spacious riverfront house! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking waterfall right on the property—it felt like something out of a movie. The house itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, and the sports barn setup was a huge hit with my family. Seeing the old mill on-site was also a unique and memorable touch. This place truly offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history, and comfort. Highly recommend!

Spent a wonderful weekend at this home while visiting family nearby! The house is very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed to make our own meals. The en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a great bonus. We were all very impressed, and would happily stay here again next time!

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! We came as a group for a raptors game and Sarah’s place was the perfect accommodation! There was adequate space and it was one of the most comfortable spots. Overall, u a great stay!

Perfect place to bring the family (with small kids) while our home was not accessible. Open concept, roomy, bright, quiet and private location, good space for the kids to play and do activities. Close to Heber Downs conservation area and Country Lane park.

For sure, if I have to go back in Peterborough, I would rent again this lovely apartment. It has all the basics and I appreciate the quiet neighbourhood. Self entry was easy with the detailed instructions of the host. The only comment I would give to other guests is that the mattress is quite soft and a little uneven. Nevertheless, I had two very good night sleeps thanks to the quiet spot and also very good quality of bedding.

Had a lovely stay here. The river is very peaceful, and the place has open space concept and had everything we needed for cookware. Very comfortable space, and loved the wraparound porch. View was amazing! Thank you!

the place is as pictured, very comfortable for 3 people stay. host was responsive and accommodating. we had a nice stay here. the only small issue we had was that one of us was a light sleeper and got woken up early by noise upstairs, so keep that in consideration if you're a light sleeper. the rest of us were ok.

House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place is spotless, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The layout is perfect for two couples, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms — offering both privacy and plenty of shared space to relax together. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved spending our evenings in the cozy living area. The surroundings are peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. a really nice property nestled away from the main city! felt like we were up north given that it's inside a York region protected forest! the property was very well stocked, really good appliances and extremely clean! Patrick was amazing in his communications: gave clear instructions and was quick in his replies! plenty of space in the property, lots of parking space, backyard space and a really nice pool area! the pool also had plenty of amenities. Definitely recommend Patrick and his Cedar Escape property!

David and Mimi’s place was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. Great for families and kids. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the private lake. They were very communicative and responsive, generous and thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, and it pleasantly surprised us by being even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Its ideal location near restaurants, cafes, shops, and Wellington Beach made our experience even better. Additionally, the short drive to beautiful wineries and beaches was a huge plus.
