We stayed for 2 nights to have some well deserved rest and it was just that! The surroundings were beautiful and mixed with the fabulous hut and hot tub we had a great time! Nicola was very proactive in her communication and was more than accommodating. Would definitely return.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. A beautiful cottage with excellent decor and exceptionally clean. Good quality linens and towels. Our family of 4 were comfortable and enjoyed visiting our family in the local area. Thank you!

Amazing place, best Airbnb I’ve stayed in by far. Comfortable, spacious, the hot tub was heated and ready to go when we arrived, location was awesome with a beautiful walk in the woods 2 minutes away when you take the path down the garden, highly recommend

Myself and five friends had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Lake House. Mark was prompt with any queries and kindly let us check-in early after some of our group had travelled from far away. The house was as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the three spot-less bathrooms. The sun shone for us, so we were able to enjoy the wrap-around decked outdoor seating area and take advantage of the kayak and rowing boat. The attention to detail with the provision of sporting equipment and board games was fantastic! We enjoyed walks along the canal and to other easily accessible lakes and had a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. My friends all discussed returning in the future as a group and with our families. Thank you Mark for making our weekend.

Great place to stay in a beautifully located house. Everything was as described and the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, only wish we were staying for longer!

Stayed in cottontail, lovely theme throughout home. Had a great space for kids including the hot tub. Location easy walk to the pool/gym/softplay and easy to find as close to entrance. Will recommend to friends
