Our trip exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful inside and comfortable with such high quality amenities. The kitchen has stocked up with any utensils and pans you'd need. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful view to look out at. This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place for a small family or a small group. Riv’s Cottage is so cute and cozy. The staff was nice, everything you needed was on the Resort. I took my kids for Spring Break, we also went into town which is only 10mins away, waterparks, Arcades and good eats! If you want a home away from home check out Riv’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

Its a perfect place to stay with the family out of the car noise, pretty quiet, surroundings at night a bit scary bit not a big deal, ill definitely stay again specially in summer season.

This was my second time staying here in five years. Everything was great and as advertised. For a remote cabin, it was everything we were expecting. Some areas needed dusting, but I'm 6'7", so I could easily see areas that probably go overlooked. There was a cool cave within walking distance of the house that was advertised in their welcome binder. It took a little bit to find, adding a map or GPS coordinates would have made the hunt easier. But it was a cool experience once we found the cave entrance.

We loved our getaway at this sweet cabin. it was the most kid friendly air BNB we have ever stayed at: the perfect blend of serenity and flexibility, toys and games and plastic cups, clear expectations about what is available and what is off limits, lovely decorations and not over the top or breakable, space for kiddos and for grownups. not super sound proof but nothing a white noise machine can't solve. and the best part was the opportunity to explore the woods and trails and the creek! for hours of screen free entertainment. highly recommend!

Such a peaceful escape! We were happy to be able to bring our three dogs. The front porch swing is 10/10!

We love it here! It quickly became our home away from home! This was our 3rd trip to the cabin and definitely won’t be the last!

I can’t live this cabin more! We’ve stayed twice, brought our dog and just love the solitude and all the cleared paths. So secluded! The cabin is smallish, but incredibly comfy, great beds/bedrooms, screened porch, huge fire pit and all the necessary amenities. Stylish too! If you long for nature and solitude, this is the spot for you! Seen- a done beaver dam, bald eagles. and lots of birds. Viroqua is a 20 minute drive with a small amount of delicious places to eat & get groceries & provisions. We didn’t have a reservation for the James Beard award winning Driftless Cafe, but loved food at Maybe Lately’s! Fresh baked bread & squeezed juices. Soo good! The Co-op had natural foods & ingredients. Everyone fresh-faced and cheerful. It’s like homey, forward thinking community. Mr.G’s has great outdoor wear and friendly service. Had an outstanding Bloody Mary at Gassers’s and though we didn’t eat there, they were selling pizzas for pick-up.

Well kept place near lots of stuff we wanted to checkout. Quick response to a request. We're happy.

We loved returning to the cabin for another stay. I can't think of a single thing we would need that wasn't already provided. It's such a homey and comfortable cabin in a beautiful spot. To us, it's the perfect vacation spot.

The cabin was just what we needed. It was so nice and cozy for my husband and I, and the surrounded area was absolutely beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future.

We loved staying at the water villa! The cabin was gorgeous, had incredible natural light, and was super clean and private. A great place for a few days away from everyday life.

Was a great little cabin to get away from the crazy cities, very remote and quiet. Had great amenities, more than other places I’ve stayed at, and very good for price. Also suggest going to Jams discount 2 in La Farge. Great place for cheap food to cook.

We booked this for a couples trip while visiting Devils Lake. Though it was a bit of a drive to the park, it was so worth it. The place was exactly as described and very private. The hot tub was amazing after a long hike! I would definitely recommend!

This house is gorgeous! It is the best one that I have rented on Airbnb. The bathrooms, kitchen, blankets and towels are top notch. It even has great dishes, knives and pots/pans. Corey the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reset in their life.

My family and I stayed at the Driftless Escape Cabin and had a wonderful time! The interior was even more beautiful in person with plenty of space for my whole family. The Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfy and they had everything you needed. The property was gorgeous with lots of open space and amazing views. We loved playing in the yard and s’mores by the fire. And even though the cabin is close to town, we still felt like we were miles away in nature and truly disconnected!!

The Hilltop cabin was the perfect place for our stay. Super cozy with all the amenities of home. The DVD and VHS selection is incredible, however, we did bring a fire stick and with a little adjustment we were able to get enough service to use the hotspot on our phones to watch sporting events on the TV. If you are looking for a peaceful, private place to unwind. This is the place. You won’t be disappointed! We will be back!!!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, calm, and relaxing vacation, then Molly and Brian’s Driftless Chalet is the perfect getaway! You can enjoy the beauty of the woods from the comfort of a screened-in porch, cook your meals just the way you like in their kitchen, and relax on the couch with some TV at night before going to sleep in very comfy beds. We couldn’t hear any neighbors except for the woodland animals, and if you’re lucky you could spot a deer! Definitely consider booking if you want a quiet trip away from it all.
