This was the perfect rental for us. Our home that’s close by was under renovation and we needed to vacate for a week. This was five minutes from home, perfect location. The apt was great for me to work from, the desk set up was exactly what I needed. The apt is so clean and not cluttered at all. All the amenities anyone needs to feel at home. I highly recommend renting. Host was quick to respond with any questions and they were gracious enough to extend the checkout when our renovations ran late. I will be recommending this rental for anyone in my life that’s visiting NYC!

Place was pristine and clean. The only thing I had to complain about was that we weren’t told that there was paint drying on the doorframes. Other than that the stay was 10/10.

What a great place, esp if you want to visit NYC! The unit was exactly as described (it was bigger than we expected 😊). Can’t say enough good things about Therman. He is truly a super host in every way you can image!!! Highly recommend his place!

Spacious. Great location. Very clean. Very responsive host. Easy transit into the city via the free Staten Island Ferry (about 20 mins to ferry station and then about 20 min ferry ride to lower Manhattan). Highly recommend this listing to others.

Stella’s place was perfect for my family , when we opened that door a big WOW came from all of our mouths, it was more than we expected ! everything we wanted and everyone we needed to see was literally walking distance! The best part about it was that even tho we were miles away from our regular lifestyle in Florida , my family felt like we were at home. We definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance , we would definitely ask Stella to open her doors to us again in the future!

Wonderful stay for myself and my daughter. Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable place to stay with so much space! Great location with private access to the home. Cesar and Barbara were amazing hosts and communicated very quickly with us for any needs or questions. Would love to stay again 💕

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and the place has been in excellent condition, its spacious but feels like home and has everything we may need at any time. We would definitely stay here again and again if permitted!
