Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

This was the perfect Airbnb for a 2-week stay! It was easy to get around, as I was on foot—plenty of cute coffee shops and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very clear, accurate and timely. I really enjoyed my time in Richmond even more because of this wonderful space! I would absolutely stay here again!

PERFECT spot while traveling with my HS daughter for a soccer tournament! VCU is 2 blocks away, tons of walkable places to eat throughout the day and just a wonderful condo to stay at. Mark and Tommy do a wonderful job giving you the “lay of the land” in terms of parking and what’s nearby. Instructions for arrival couldn’t have been easier. And staying at their place couldn’t have felt more at home. Really fantastic stay- highly recommend.

First time renting an Airbnb and it was everything I could have asked for and more. Mark and Tommy have been exceptional hosts, very communicative, very friendly, and the room was very lively and full of personality, unlike the cold corporate feel of a hotel. I’ve throughly enjoyed my stay here, and when Galaxycon comes around next year, they will be the first of my list to search for my next Airbnb. Thank you for being gracious hosts. Would give you 6 stars if I was able to.

Perfect spot to rest when in Richmond. Nice quiet neighborhood, had great parking. This is basically like a small hotel room. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to rest in the area.

Quaint little spot. As described. Mei was quick to reply to a question I had shortly after booking, and laid out all the instructions clearly as our arrival date/time neared. Space and price fit exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Wish we had more time to hang out, so we could have tried the porch. Next time!

The apartment was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The beds and sheets were so soft and cozy! We have a wonderful nights sleep. We only stayed overnight so a quick stay. There's a slight dog smell in the apartment. It wasn't too bad but noticeable. It wasn't a problem for me as I have a dog at home, just wanted to share.

Great place, not at the hart of Richmond but good enough if you come for a short stay and have a car.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Rachel's place was spacious, clean and very welcoming. The location worked well for me, as I was in town for a conference and many of the activities were downtown. Parking was just a block over and I felt pretty safe navigating the area as a single woman. Only downside...the noise! If you can withstand "city sounds": trucks, people laughing and talking, loud music (there is a club across the street), then you should be fine. But if not, just be prepared for it. Otherwise, everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Mei was a wonderful host -- accessible and communicative from beginning to end. The condo was in a fantastic location and was clean, bright, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot! Exactly as described. Will happily stay here again! Only challenge was parking, it’s a REALLY tight fit. This is described in the listing and other reviews so we weren’t surprised. We rented a Jeep Compass, and fit like a glove. I wouldn’t recommend anything larger.

Very cool apartment overlooking Broad Street, walking distance to many great cafes, restaurants, bars and some local shops. Host was terrific at communicating and flexible with my later arrival to allow me to still get in without any issues. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Richmond.
