The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

Alex's place was perfect for visiting with family in the Richmond - Petersberg area. Nice quiet location, very peaceful. The cottage had everything we needed. We had no issues with the house. We should have verified the location before we booked because it was a bit farther than we expected, but that was on us. But getting to where we needed to be was easy and a straight shot with no traffic so the drive wasn’t bad.

Kingdom’s place was amazing, spacious and comfortable. My family and I went down to visit our son in Petersburg and the house was in a nice location - very peaceful with huge backyard. There was plenty of space to lounge and the game room was a big hit! The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated. Kingdom was so gracious and included so many thoughtful small touches to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely stay at Kingdom’s place again!

We had the best time! Location was perfect- walkable to local restaurants and parks, and a great place to take day trips from. We went to Monticello and historic Jamestown, and enjoyed the hot tub when we got back. Richmond has a lot to offer, and we will definitely stay again when we come back :-) Patrick had clear instructions, great recommendations, and was super responsive and helpful!

Perfect for a weekend stay. Walkable to some great places to eat as well some fun bars. Quick to drive to the VMFA and other things to do.

The host did a wonderful job of communicating with us! This is the perfect location for my family as i have a daughter who lives nearby. The back yard is great for kids, and there were some surprise toys my grandson loved!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mary‘s place. When we walked in the place was immaculate cite with sweet touches. I would definitely recommend Mary’s place to anybody. I cannot wait to go back in the spring or summer.

The space is lovely and in a charming neighborhood with cute restaurants and historic sites within walking distance and very close to drive to other area attractions. Loved my stay. I was there for seven weeks. It is spacious and airy. I found it to be well appointed for my needs. Excellent location for all things related to Richmond’s west end and so easy to hop on 288 for Midlothian and Short Pump and a pretty short ride to Charlottesville. Beautiful view of resort style pool. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive.

The property is beautiful and the cabin is ideally situated to take advantage of the pond views. The main level is open and perfect for gathering, all three bedrooms have individual HVAC control - and the kitchen is spectacular. Although it sleeps eight, only three bedrooms means its perfect for three couples which is what we had. The real highlight is the outdoor space, with new decks and a gas fire pit. Blake was a first-rate host, with very prompt responses to our few questions. Take note -- it is private and off the beaten path -- about 15 minutes by car to the nearest big road -- about 35 minutes to Richmond's beltway, 45 minutes to downtown Richmond. We had a great stay

Greg's cabin felt like a great escape! Enjoyed the coziness of the place and the warmth while surrounded by snow. Everything was as mentioned in the listing and the board games in the home was perfect for me and my family to play while there.

We had a lovely stay and created wonderful memories with our friends and family at this beautiful log cabin. This is the perfect place if you are looking for a remote getaway that is still easy access to Richmond, which has plenty to do. Our favorite was waking up and looking at the 3 horses, taking walks down to the river, and our kids playing together in the playroom, which has all the toys a kid could ever want. The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This Wellness Retreat is just what we needed to recenter our lives. We have had a busy, traumatic few months and finally had a moment to get right with nature! The wood-burning hot tub was amazing. The sauna was so helpful. The nature trail to the meditation benches was peaceful. The whole trip was about disconnecting for us from our busy lives and reconnecting with each other and nature. It was perfect! Would love to stay again!
