Très bel emplacement, calme et agréable, lit très confortable, appartement spacieux et propre, avec un hôte chaleureux. Seul petit point négatif : le stationnement peut être compliqué, car il faut se garer dans la rue. Prix légèrement élevé malgré tout.

Perfecte locatie als je - zoals wij - dichtbij het station en de bushaltes wil zijn. De accomodatie ligt op wandelafstand van eetgelegenheden.

Het verblijf bij Justine was top! Het is een prachtig appartement, op een goede locatie (met privéparking.) Alles was heel proper en netjes. Het appartement was ook voorzien van alles zoals kookgerei, toiletpapier, handdoeken, föhn,… Justine was ook een zeer goede responsieve gastvrouw, waar je met al je vragen terecht kon. Zeker aan te raden!

Had a lovely stay at the apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, clean and everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Sergio was a great host, always responded quickly and provided a flexible check-in opportunity. Very convenient free parking on the street for those coming with the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area!

Wir kamen zunächst mit dem Code nicht hinein. Uns wurde aber sofort geholfen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Gegend hat uns gut gefallen. Es war angenehm ruhig in der Straße und im Haus. Vielen Dank 😊

L’appartement est magnifique ! Identiques au photos et très propre. Tout étais mît a disposition pour recevoir comme il se doit. L’hôte est très gentil et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Ein Haus mit viel Charme, dass toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Perfekt für lange Spieleabende oder fürs gemeinsame Kochen. Die Unterkunft liegt super, Bäcker, Supermärkte und Co. sind in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei und problemlos. Es gibt oben leider nur ein Bad mit Dusche und unten eine ganz kleine Toilette ohne Wachsbecken. Mit Absprachen passt aber auch das für 7 Personen. Lediglich eine Steckdose im oberen Bad wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles super!Eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Maastricht hatten wir! Vielen Dank ☺️

Nous avons choisi ce gîte pour son emplacement stratégique, proche de Bruxelles, Namur et Liège. La maison est très confortable et la literie excellente. Parfait. Pierre et Dominique, séjour famille de fi d’année.

Wat een mooi, fris, opgeruimd huisje hebben wij gehad! Na aankomst de sluiten uit het kluisje gehaald en zelf naar binnen gegaan. Ondertussen al begroet door de vriendelijke eigenaresse, maar we konden zelf vooruit. In het huisje was alles schoon, opgemaakte bedden en alles stond klaar om gelijk de champagne te ontkurken, of een kopje koffie of thee te drinken. Echt fantastisch. ook de buitenruimte schoon en opgeruimd. De bedden waren top, lagen goed. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte vakantie. Wij houden het zeker in gedachten om nog een keer terug te komen. Jullie hebben het goed voor elkaar. Bedankt voor een top weekend!

Geweldig huis, mega grote tuin en alles helemaal in orde. We hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad hier.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, zeker aan te raden. Het appartement is mooi, schoon, ruim en praktisch. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de omgeving zoals Maastricht, Hasselt, Luik. We hebben erg leuk met de Alpaca gewandeld en tegelijkertijd informatief over de plek en het dorp.

We hebben het met ons gezin fantastisch gehad in deze vakantiewoning. Buurvrouw Rita gaf ons de sleutel en zorgt ervoor dat het pand er netjes uitziet. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n complete keuken gehad in een vakantie huisje. Een fijne tuin die afsluitbaar is waar de kinderen lekker kunnen spelen.

Tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles OK: alle voorzieningen voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij brachten wel ons eigen koffiezetapparaat mee (enkel Nespresso ter plaatse). Het trapje tussen living en keuken/badkamer was wel even wennen voor ons (70+'ers). We waren enkel verbaasd over het ontbreken van verwarming in de kleine badkamer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Belgique entre amis ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé pour explorer les environs. L’accueil a été chaleureux et l’hôte très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. We loved it. The flat itself is absolutely tip top and the personal welcome from Georg who is a very nice and easy person helped us feel welcome after a very long road trip. We were very keen to see Aachen on our road trip but needed to secure our car full of valuable luggage. Not only was Georg willing to let us park beyond our checkout time on the secure parking place behind a locked gate, he even offered for us to leave our belongings inside for longer too. Aachen was astonishingly beautiful and historically important and made it well worth the effort of our road trip there.

I 100% recommend choosing this place for your stay at Bilzen. Aside from the greatly convenient location that is located near a train station and free parking is usually available, the place itself was beautifully taken care of, visibly recently renovated, and perfectly clean. A lot of amenities and devices are provided for the guests. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We would definitely choose this again!
