Beautiful home that feels like a private getaway in the middle of the city! Very close walking distance to the K-State football stadium. The hosts were very responsive when questions came up and worked with us on a later check out time. We would definitely come back.

The hosts were amazing with accommodating me and my service animal last minute, which was super nice of them and I will never forget that kindness! The place is amazing and right in the middle of everything I needed to be at, will definitely be back! Thank you also for the coffee!

We loved our stay in Manhattan in the walkout basement room. Lovely neighborhood and a great place to walk around. We appreciated the tip on how to get to Warner Park. Clean and accommodating for our quick trip!

OUTSTANDING LOCATION and a true blessing for our pet companions. The fenced back yard was so nice for the humans who could let the dogs roam while we stayed toasty inside. We had a lovely, joyful holiday weekend in one of the great college towns in any state, so five stars all the way. Houlihan's in easy walking distance is a bonus.

This home was a great stay while we were at K State for a conference. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted (within 2 miles of great restaurants) and it was easy to access the campus as well. The house was clean, comfortable, and lovely!

Tara was very responsive and great to work with. Outside of building worried me a bit when we drove in at night but inside was just as pictured- very nice! Will definitely stay there again!

We loved the house! It had plenty of room to spread out. The linen was clean and towels smelled so fresh! Had all the amenities you would need. Felt very at home walking in the front door! The back porch area with hot tub is an amazing space. Will be booking again in the future!

Lauren was a wonderful host . Her place was spotless and exactly as pictured. She answered any questions quickly and even checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay . She also left some delicious treats. We will definitely recommend her and we will book here when we come back to visit. EXCELLENT AND AN EXCEPTIONAL HOST.

Great place for a weekend stay in Manhattan. Check-in was simple. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the football stadium (just over a mile) and was an easy drive to everything else in town. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

We needed a place to stay for one night with our dogs and this place and our host was great. Our door code wasn’t working but Mark was quick to get us and the dogs inside! We had family book another unit in the same place. Parking spots were marked, it was very well lit outside in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. If you need a pet friendly place to stay, especially during football season this is the place! It’s close to Walmart, campus, and aggieville. La Fiesta and RC McGraw’s bar are also very close. You could also check out a hidden gem, The Little Grill. The space had everything we need and if you need more space you can rent unit A and C as well! I’m a VERY light sleeper and usually have trouble in new spaces—but not here, there was a sound machine provided and black out curtains. The bed was VERY supportive and comfortable. Check out instructions were clear and easy. We will book again!

I worked in Manhattan for a few months, off and on. I stayed at “Grandma’s” multiple times this year. It was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable, be able to get the rest I needed and get to and from my work place quickly and easily. It was great! If I’m working in the area again, I will stay at Grandma’s for sure.

It was mom's weekend at my daughter's sorority at K STATE. Andrea's place had everything I was looking for; no real close neighbors and allows dogs. It was a HUGE bonus with a doggie door and fenced run. The kitchen fully stocked (I had groceries delivered from Dillions), beds were sooooo comfortable, and endless options to watch on TV's. Our next visit, I want to visit the lake, less than a mile away but too cold right now, and maybe look into golf course and frisbee golf. :) The price was more than reasonable for the amenities offered and I would live there in a heartbeat :)
