What a gorgeous spot! Brad and Krista were lovely hosts. We had a lot of rain and the power went out. They responded immediately and were very helpful! Considering how bad there weather was, we still loved it. The house was perfect and just as described. I’m sure the yard would be a dream in the sun! Would ( and will) come back again!!

We stayed at Sarah’s beautiful property at Silver Strand for our wedding, and it couldn’t have been more memorable. Sarah was an amazing host—her clear communication, warmth, and hospitality truly added a special touch to our experience. Though it was pouring rain when we arrived and on our wedding day, the cozy atmosphere of the home made it a perfect place to celebrate. On our last day, the sun came out, and we finally got to enjoy the stunning ocean views from the rooftop balcony—it was absolutely breathtaking. Our dog, Obi, also loved it here! He had a great time walking around and lounging with us, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Sarah, for helping make our wedding stay so special!

Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. My family and I can’t wait to return. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, I highly recommend Regina’s place, The Horizon House.

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

Great stay in Ventura, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice outside area by the pool and hot tub. Cute and well stocked home.

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch. Perfect for three couples. We each had our own comfortable room and bathroom. The house has everything you need and we cooked most of our meals. Sat on patio overlooking the mountains and ocean with a cup of coffee every morning. Watched sunset every night. Great location. Basically minutes to anything you would want to do. Connie was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns and lovely to interact with. The best part of the house tho is the property. It’s beautiful. Flowers abound, we cut them for all our rooms. A walk thru the avocado grove is pure magic. We are already planning our next visit!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the hot tub and a number of home cooked meals. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown. Vanessa was friendly and responsive, thanks for sharing your home with us!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Malibu Estate, a stunning 20-acre retreat that offers an unparalleled experience. The estate's modern design seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The expansive pool area is perfect for unwinding while soaking in the panoramic vistas. Additionally, the presence of tranquil water features, a Koi pond, and a Zen garden further enhance the sense of peace and relaxation throughout the property. The interior of the home is equally impressive, featuring spacious and well-appointed rooms that cater to comfort and style. Large windows throughout the house allow for ample natural light and unobstructed views of the stunning landscape. Overall, my stay at the Malibu Estate was an unforgettable experience.

This house is where you want to be!!! It is very cozy and comfortable. It has a great kitchen and we really enjoyed eating on the deck. The pool provided hours of fun for my daughters. The house backs up to a meadow where you can take magical afternoon walks. The host was very accommodating. It was the perfect spot to be. We will be back. :).

What a gem! We stayed during Thanksgiving week and made an entire feast in the kitchen. The community is quiet and safe. It’s a short walk to the beach and the garage had bikes, a wagon and cooler. We will definitely stay here again. The weather in Oxnard was sunny and beautiful. When it was chilly, we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. This place would be great year round.

Jeffrey’s house was perfect for our family vacation to the beach! It’s a very short walk to the beach, the restaurants, and the walking/bike path along the beach. The home had all the amenities you would need, including beach supplies. Our kids had a great time as well. They loved the bunk beds & play structure in the back. Jeff was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a really wonderful place to stay. Four comfy bedrooms- 2 of which are large with walkouts to the yard. Multiple balconies, HUGE kitchen, so much seating. Very clean. Great location- tucked away quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and a little shopping area (grocery store, Starbucks, a few restaurants and boutique stores- very cute) James was always quick to respond to my questions. Great for a family or group of friends!

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

Wonderful home in such a great neighborhood. Kelly was great, gave us an early check in, which we needed and appreciated, even though we booked last minute. The home is beautiful, pristine (squeaky clean), comfortable furnishings all the way around, and so many nice touches (a beautiful color board that was personalized to welcome us--sweet surprise!)--hair bands, q-tips, shower caps, everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures of the home and outside area don't really do the house justice--it's nicer than the pictures. BBQ was great, Firepit (under a tabletop outside) was great-3 separate private and pleasant outdoor spaces. Easy parking, about 2 block walk to Shoreline Park, beautiful, on the ocean, and close to everything. Perfect airbnb and sweet host! Don't hesitate to book, I would book again when in Santa Barbara.

This place absolutely blew my mind. Stunning views, massive space and secluded from the rest. I most definitely will revisit this place. A gem hidden in the hills of Malibu.
