The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality Jorge and Brenda showed us is the same hospitality I’ve experienced at 5-star hotels and resorts. They were super communicative, responsive and helpful. Beyond that, the house had everything we needed for a great family vacation, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, more than enough towels and even a cooler and umbrellas. It was all in the small details, they thought of everything and it showed. We were in town visiting family but in the days we had nothing to do, going to the beach nearby fully equipped turned our trip into a resort vacation. 10/10 highly recommend.

The place was solid and spacious. Much quieter than expected due to the location. The restaurants and bars that I was interested in were pretty close. Also, there's a skate park and BMX track nearby on the way to the supermarket.

Great place to stay if visiting the area. Good size apartment that was super clean. We spent a lot of time on the front porch watching the craziness of driving in PR and friendly people on horseback. The pool was a nice bonus ! The only negative I have…has nothing to do with the host. The neighbor has large dogs that live on his balcony. These poor dogs are out there 24/7 barking or whining-breaks my heart. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Cozy, clean, modern apt located on the ground floor at the back of the house. Lots of amenities - full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, hose in front of the house and backyard, as well as a clothesline. All the shutters have screens if you want to let light and fresh air in. The bathroom, located in the bedroom, is spacious and has great pressure and hot water. The AC is in the bedroom, but was able to cool the entire apt because it’s small, but for the most part the ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom made it cool enough throughout the day when I was working remotely for a month. The internet was good, only a few times my video conference would cut out, but that was rare. Streaming movies/shows was fine. Maria’s a very gracious host. I would stay again. You won't find many that is this clean and modern in the area at a reasonable price.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Casa Santiago! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. Cesar and Norma were welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and local recommendations made the stay feel extra special. This was an AMAZING Airbnb experience. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free trip. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

After having a horrible experience at another Airbnb location/host and had to leave the unit-Rafael was ready, and graciously accepted my reservation only 2 hours prior to check in. It was incredibly peaceful, and walking distance to crashboat beach. This location is ideal for someone who enjoys the peace of nature, and the sounds of locals. I loved it and can’t wait to be back

We enjoyed our stay very much, felt like home, enjoyed the terrace with view of the ocean and sunset. We will recommend the place to anybody who wants to visit Puerto Rico.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had more than enough towels and toilet paper as well as trash bags for our week stay. The home is conveniently a 5min drive to Plaza Isabela shopping center and close to some beautiful pocitas that our 4yr old loved. Would definitely book this house again.

The Host was very welcoming responded quickly and was helpful . The stores are about ten mins away marshall’s McDonald’s and many local shops with good food and supplies also local car rentals . The place looks just like the photos , clean house with clean towels HOT water ! .The pool was cleaned every few days . He accommodated us since we were there for a family emergency.Luis as easier to book with then a hotel ! I will book again . Recommend 110%

We had an excellent week in Gabriel’s Airbnb. It is the perfect place for an extended family or group. We enjoyed it so much we ended up canceling some of our plans so we could stay in the back yard, playing basketball and enjoying the pool. Gabriel was extremely responsive and kind, the beds were comfortable and the Airbnb very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a perfect week in PR. We look forward to returning again soon!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

Casa Amanda fue la opción perfecta para mi grupo familiar de 11 personas y dos mascotas durante nuestras vacaciones. Es una casa completamente equipada, organizada y bien distribuida. Lo mejor de esta residencia es su localización, ya que esta ubicada a pocos minutos de las hermosas playas de la zona, farmacias, super mercados, gasolinera, un centro de emergencias entre otros. La casa cuenta con una hermosa piscina, hamacas y area de juegos donde mi familia paso la mayor parte del tiempo. Casa Amanda es un lugar lleno de paz y tranquilidad. El lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones seguras en familia o con amistades. 💯/10

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
