Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

We rented this cottage to accommodate the overflow from our group staying in the larger house on the property, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great stay. With Pool’s Beach right across the street, the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being just steps away from great food, coffee, and a few lively bars, making it easy to enjoy the area. Would definitely stay here again! 🌊✨

The tree house at puntas is a great location for a surf trip. Great location, lots of parking available. Easy accommodations for a surf trip.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Family of 4 fit perfectly. The pool and beach were a dream. Our sun was able to boogie board at the beach which thrilled him. We had a beautiful breeze throughout the house. Would love to stay again!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

Wow! Gabriela’s place felt absolutely luxurious. The towels and sheets were incredibly soft and hugging, making every night’s sleep a dream. The space itself was beautifully designed—spacious, serene, and impeccably maintained. It was the perfect retreat to connect with nature, offering peace and quiet while still feeling warm and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

We had a magical stay in Rincón. Cheryl was an amazing host and had plenty of great local recommendations. The space was clean and the location could not be any better- steps from a beautiful pool AND from the beach! We really appreciated that this area is quiet, comfortable, and safe. We would recommend (and hope to revisit soon!) this spot in a heartbeat!

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon! Raul’s place was even cuter and nicer than the pictures! Everything is brand new, grounds kept meticulous, peaceful, and quiet (other than an occasional rooster crowing 😃). I didn’t have a chance to use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Lots to do and good eats in town. Directions on getting there were a little tough and could use some updating but with Raul’s help we found it easy enough.

Glamarie’s place was clean and inviting in the perfect location in Rincón. A super quick and easy walk from both the town square and the beach made it perfect for both day and night activities. The condo complex felt extremely safe due to the gate at the front and locked doors. Overall I would highly recommend this airbnb and thought that it had everything you could ask for, for a perfect stay in Rincón.

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

Daniel is an easy going, great guy to communicate with. He responded to any questions I had in just a few minutes. Daniel’s place is great! In between going to restaurants, walks, scenic drives and beach days we enjoyed the deck immensely. We enjoyed it for leisure morning coffee, the amazing sunsets and everything in between. My husband and I even enjoyed the water view from inside while watching tv. The locals in the community were super friendly. After much research, I booked this place because of the amazing water view, sunsets, adequate running water, great running ACs in every room (if needed) walkability to great eateries and easy drive to everything else Anasco and Rincon are known for. Yes, the road to the condo is steep to drive and walk up and down but you will get used to it - go slow and careful. Affordable and great places to eat are a short walk right up the main road - La Fiebre and Kaplash - approx 5-7 min walk. Of course you can have coffee in the condo but

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Laura’s beach house! It’s a short drive to Rincon, grocery stores, and the local beaches. The house was clean, uncluttered, and has a wonderful beach vibe. Some of the furniture has changed over time from the pictures but it really is right on the water - sunrises and sunsets on the deck over the waves. Pretty sweet! If you are the sort of person who is expecting resort style accommodation - this place may not be for you. If you are the sort of person who values an authentic experience, this is the place - a family beach home for more than 40 years on a quirky street with similar neighbors. It’s a survivor of storms and time. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels were provided. Hot water for the shower but not at the faucets - normal for Puerto Rico I believe. We only used the AC at night in one bedroom but there are three new units installed. Yes, the road down is steep - get over it ;>) Thanks Laura!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Serrano. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and the location right on the water cannot be beat. We like to cook on vacations and the kitchen was well equipped. Quiet, residential neighborhood with a few things in walking distance. We would love to come back and stay again.
