Mornings were peaceful and afternoons were a vibe while beach goes blasted music and shared the beach. Everyone was respectful. With all the amenities at the house you really don’t have to leave. Kids loved paddle boarding and kayaking to the island not to far. The kitchen is stocked with seasons and they everything you need to cook or make a smoothie. Super market 3 min drive away and a few restaurants walking distance away from oysters to lechon.

Rosas place in Isabela was amazing, and really felt like home. It was walkable to the town center where they have several different food options and businesses, as well as walkable to the beach down the hill- which made for the perfect morning walk. The closest beach isn’t really swimmable due to waves, but Jobos beach is a short drive away. Many reviews note the street noise, but with the windows closed and AC on, it didn’t bother us at all. Our favorite spot in the house was the patio, we found ourselves relaxing in that space many times throughout the day, be it for breakfast or an afternoon coffee- it was truly the best spot ☺️ we had a minor inconvenience where there was no water in Isabela for several hours due to a broken pipe I believe, but Rosa was very responsive, even offering to pick us up to take us to her home to shower- this was the kindest gesture. My partner and I have decided next time we’re in Isabela we’ll be staying at Rosa’s again. It was truly the perfect space ☺

I really enjoyed there. She is a sweet lady, very friendly and caring. She responded immediately when I contacted her. Definitely I will stay there again next time.

We loved the location of this place. It was less than a 5 minute drive to where all the action was but in a quiet safe community. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach from the condo and you could walk on the beach about 20 minutes to restaurants. The place was clean and had everything you needed. We definitely appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella. There are several different beaches within a 20 minute drive that are worth checking out. This place was centrally located, had all the amenities you needed for a beach trip and had a welcoming and relaxing feel.

Enjoyed staying at Casa Blanca! The accomodations fit our needs perfectly and went beyond our expectations. Victor was extremely helpful with recommendations. We will stay here again for sure when we come back to Aguada!

The place was family friendly. We liked that you need the keys to lock the doors on the inside because my toddler kept trying to run to the pool. The house was close to everything you could need like,the ocean, a bakery and bars for the adults. We had a great stay.

Casa More was a wonderful place , very well cleaned and spacious, and has everything you would need.Angie was very kind and responsive and helpful when we needed it! We would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay at this beautiful house.

Our family had an incredible time using Maritza’s place as home base to explore Puerto Rico. The location is fantastic. The beach out front was perfect for our daughters. The neighbors are very friendly and we felt right at home. The place is a great value and absolutely worth the price. There are two things worth mentioning that may be an issue for some: 1)The bedrooms have AC but the main room and kitchen do not. By the third day we adjusted and ended up loving this but were a little hot the first two days before we acclimated. You can use screen doors on the front and patio doors to get a great breeze. We were also gone most days exploring. The AC in the bedrooms and fans work great. 2)The shower does not have very warm water, more like lukewarm. It is not uncomfortable and is refreshing most days but worth mentioning in case you are wanting hot showers. Even with these two things, Maritza’s place is an amazing value! We loved it and would be delighted to stay there again.

Beautiful home that felt like home within our family hometown. The beds were so comfortable and just great amenities inside. It was great to be able to leave the front door open and enjoy the fresh air and sounds. Easy to get around on foot and morning runs. Great communication and the easiest check-in I have had. Nelly and family are truly amazing! This is my go to place for future visits! A++
