This was my family’s 2nd stay. The first time we weren’t able to enjoy the beach given other commitments. This time we went to the local beach. It was quite and in walking distance. The local spot, Pizzeria Estella, was also a lot of fun. The host are excellent and very quick to respond and attend to their guests.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great house for our trip and we loved the pool!

Such a great house and space. So much room for everyone to spread out. Lovely privacy with the greens/plants around the pool.

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

We loved Arlene's place for the good beds, and the large kitchen as well as the convenient location. Yes, its got a few issues that we needed to deal with such as the surprise of not being able to flush the toilet paper and the fact that there is not hot water on the sink area, but that a cultural difference that I can be easily overlooked with so many other pluses! She was so responsive and provided missing kitchen items immediately when asked. I love the flow of the house and go great sleep there. The roosters and the barking dogs are a given here. Yes, do stay here! It is great!

What a perfect choice for our vacation. We went for my husband’s 40th with a few friends and couldn’t have been happier! The hosts were beyond helpful coordinating things with us to ensure the stay was special!

Es un lugar bonito y tiene de todo tipo lugares cerca, y muchas playas también. Lo único que es un poco molesto es el ruido a lo lejos de pájaros, fuera de eso, el lugar es maravilloso y tranquilo.

This place is perfect for 2 people traveling together! Kitchen was fabulous with all you need. Great water pressure and temp in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is an umbrella on the top deck - it gets a ton of sunlight so it would be nice to have shaded area in the afternoon while having a beverage!

El lugar es cómodo, tranquilo, con hermosa vista! Excelente para disfrutar la montaña y el mar, que son las dos bellezas de la isla en especial Rincón. Y pude llevar a mi mascota, cual también estuvo cómodo y relajado. Misión cumplida!!! La pasamos muy bien….! Gracias de nuevo!

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Excelente localización! Céntrico en Rincón. Justo como lo describe, muy limpio y con lo necesario. Hasta con snacks y agua embotellada nos recibieron. Nos encantó.

Best possible location in town, everything is in walking distance. Great bars, food, and shops all within a 3 minute walk. The house was clean and presentable when we walked in. The beach chairs and umbrella being accessible was perfect so you don’t need to buy one when you get to the beach.

This is our 2nd time staying as Kasa Maui and we will definitely be back. Super walkable to local restaurants and beaches and the grill was a plus!

Nice apartment with plenty of space. The location was nice right by the plaza and the balcony was a nice place to sit at night. Extra's such as beach chairs etc. were a nice addition. The grill was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience but Allison did get it fixed. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

Frank was an amazing host. Very responsive and pictures matched exactly what we got. Walking path right to the beach and amazing restaurants in the nearby area. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks Frank!

We loved the city and the condo!!!

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

This is an adorable little apartment with bonuses. It is close to 3 coffee shops, multiple food truck, a fruit stand, and grocery store/bakery. There is a nice resort just across the street where we enjoyed drinks and food. the ocean is just around the corner. Sunsets were amazing on this beach. The apartment complex has an outdoor shower in the back that was convenient for washing off all the sand before entering the apartment after being at the beach. I loved how clean the apartment was. My only cons were there was only one kitchen towel, the living room could use a slightly bigger couch or another chair (if you have more than 2 people staying), and the shower knob was tricky when adjusting the temp and water pressure. But those weren't enough reasons to not stay here again if we ever make it bake to Puerto Rico.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
