Very nice fit for our family of 4. The house is just as the pictures making you feel at home. Traveling with a newborn & a 12 year old was not easy, but Glamarie was very helpful & responsive to all questions along the way. The outdoor area downstairs that you accessed through the living room was nice to grill and had a jacuzzi. The beautiful upstairs balcony is accessed through the main bedroom (with the king size bed) that has an outdoor bed where I would go out with my baby for the early morning time. The bathroom was great with nice use of towel racks for each of us to hang our towels to dry and reuse. There were practical glass jars of “extras” like a hair tie for example that came in handy when my daughters’ broke before leaving to go horseback riding on the beach. The area is safe and the cafe 2 go truck was very conveniently located within a 2 min walk. Econo supermarket was a 3 minute drive away & we found Mr Kuki (desserts & coffee) on the way there that also had a drive thru

Great stay, house as described and consistent good communication. Very close to public beach and restaurants. It was nice enjoying the pool and rooftop to relax. Clean, had sufficient amenities, and loved Rincon and surrounding areas. Would recommend for a family or group.

My experience at Dora Beach House was exceptional. The property was impeccably maintained, offering a clean and spacious environment. It was well-equipped with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, while the kitchen had all the necessary appliances for cooking. The air conditioning functioned effectively, and the location was ideal, being close to the beach, plaza, and the weekly flea market. Additionally, my son accidentally left an item behind, but he was able to retrieve it easily. The convenience of the house makes it a place I would gladly return to.

Could not have found a more perfect place to stay in Rincon. Just a few minute walk from a peaceful beach, and right next to a coffee, smoothie, and taco truck. The home was beautiful and met all of our needs.

Casa Dalila is a spectacular place!🙌🏼 The inside gardens, the decoration, the pool, the view, wao!🙆🏻‍♀️ Perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy themselves. I wanted to stay more days, but they were already booked.😔 I recommend this place 100%!👌🏼

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

This place is perfect for 2 people traveling together! Kitchen was fabulous with all you need. Great water pressure and temp in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is an umbrella on the top deck - it gets a ton of sunlight so it would be nice to have shaded area in the afternoon while having a beverage!

My husband John and I had the most amazing time staying here! We relaxed by the pool, had lovely ocean views and slept quietly through the night. The house was super clean and came with everything we could have wanted including beach chairs!!! It was so very nice.

Place was great! Clean and tidy! Felt very safe especially since there are many codes before reaching the apartment! Quick walk to town! Great food spots close by! Would 100% book again!

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. My husband and I booked Ezequiel's place at the last minute when visiting Rincon for 4 days. When we initially received communication welcoming us, we requested an early check-in due to our limited stay. He was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was exactly as described. It is located in the heart of Rincon. Two blocks from the beach, restaurants in all directions, across the street from a pharmacy, walking distance to the local grocery store and shops. There is even an excellent restaurant below. Thanks for everything, Ezequiel! We will be back!

This is our 2nd time staying as Kasa Maui and we will definitely be back. Super walkable to local restaurants and beaches and the grill was a plus!

What a hidden gem! We absolutely ADORED our stay at this apartment. We had access to three patios with absolutely beautiful views. Michelle was such a welcoming host, it felt like we were visiting family friend! We were also welcomed by Versace, one of her cats, who occasionally slept on the front patio. She was so precious. The place is difficult to find, so follow Michelle’s instructions rather than relying on GPS. Also, the photos do NOT do this place justice! 1000% worth it. Will be staying again and recommending to all our friends.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Excellent spacious, clean, and comfortable condo that was very comfortable for our party of 3. The rear bedroom had ensuite restroom, and front bedroom had bathroom adjacent. Lots of closets and natural light throughout. Greatly appreciated the overhead fans in both bedrooms and living room, as well as AC units, though bedroom units were quite loud. A dehumidifier in the living room aided in keeping things comfortable, and we also had a natural ocean cross breeze some evenings. We enjoyed coffee on the back balcony, and other residents generally very quiet and respectful. Short walk to beach was a great perk (we didn't even make use of the pool due to this), and we enjoyed walking across the street for supermarket and short walk for a number of restaurants in town. Kitchen was well equipped, and we greatly enjoyed the purified water to stay hydrated. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

We had a great time and stay. The unit looked just like the pictures and offered a welcoming warm vibe. The unit is very spacious and the beach was spectacular. The only thing I would recommend is switching the shower head because the current one has very soft water pressure.

It was a perfect relaxing spot. Very clean and instructions were well displayed. Facilities were great. Recommended 100%.
