Pelican Point is paradise. We spent our days swimming and surfing at beautiful Sandy Beach (the properties backyard). our evenings swaying in the properties hammocks taking in the night sky filled with stars and palm trees. Even better than the property itself is the host. Jim made us feel at home and his knowledge of the area made for a fantastic Rincon experience. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you for such a special time at Pelican Point!

Rustic, yet classy and right on the beach. I had the top floor to myself which was more space than I needed but just what I needed to get my head right before my busy season back up north. Staying here is truly an opportunity to see how the locals live and become immersed in the culture. If you’re tired of the same old resort, come here, open all the windows and patio doors hear the tropical birds and waves crashing have a bon fire on the beach after 9:00 PM of course, grill up some shrimp or fresh caught fish in the outdoor kitchen, walk to get a smoothie and coffee in the morning…ocean front on Sandy beach truly an amazing property. I hope to come back some day…Costa Rica vibes even though it’s PR, west coast surfing culture, I walked and ate the freshest fruit and swam and spoke Spanish and turkey came back a better version of myself. Salute to Jim 💯

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. From the friendly guard at the entrance to the gated community, to the great location of the unit. We ate most of our meals out.. the list of restaurants that Vivienne provided was fantastic. We went to a number of them and they were delicious. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Rebecca and Manuel were quick and responsive when we were in a pinch after a different Airbnb unexpectedly cancelled our reservations! Luckily, we were able to find this delightful place and were welcomed warmly, provided clear guidance and were made to feel at ease. Rebecca & Manuel’s place ended up being better than our original plans! Highly recommend and will return to the area. Location was great— private, quiet, homey and near everything we needed.

It was a great space for our family. We had our daughter and my parents and it was very comfortable and spacious. So nice to easily walk to the beach. The microwave wasn’t working and Waleka quickly got a new one to us. It took a little to get in at the gate w the guard esp since my Spanish isn’t very good yet but we did it. Once the guard wasn’t there and forgot their phone so we had to wait a little before getting thru. It was a quick drive to town and other beaches…perfect location for us! Thank you.

Mark was the most incredibly responsive and accommodating host I've ever had -- I cannot say enough about how welcome he made us feel in his home! Everything was great -- we were able to make coffee in the morning and cook meals, and there is a restaurant right down the street as well. We were able to easily walk down to the beach and a few restaurants, and everything else was just a quick drive to get to. Thank you Mark!

This was a perfect location for a getaway. Steps away from a beautiful sandy beach which was great for taking long morning walks and morning/afternoon swims. It was fun to watch the surfers from our balcony too! A few places to eat close by but definitely need a car to get around to other nearby beaches, marina and restaurants due to the hilly terrain. Fishing was terrific and a nearby restaurant (Casa Islena) cooked our fresh caught tuna for us. Jim was a very friendly host. He provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and nearby activities. He was also very responsive to any requests that we had. I would definitely visit again.

Franks townhouse was the perfect location, clean and very comfortable for our family. We are seniors with 2 adult married children and 1 infant. The space worked well! We enjoyed the pool, gated community and proximity to the beach.

We loved our stay at Tortuga Azul. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop balcony was our favorite spot to relax. The kitchen was outfitted better than any other rental we have stayed in previously. Loved the location, walking on the beach to either Playa Jobos or Shacks was amazing and plenty of eating or shopping within a short driving distance (>10 min). We hope to return next year!

This was an amazing house, the neighborhood was fantastic, quiet, and super close to the beach. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen is so well appointed with everything you need if you like to cook. As an over a decade, Airbnb user, it was really nice to have so many things in the kitchen like spices, oil, all the small things you don’t wanna have to buy. It’s really easy to find if it’s daylight . Otherwise the hardest part was getting there.

Home was in a great location with ease of access to the quieter 8 mile stretch of beach just a stones throw away! A quick drive ( or about 20) min walk into downtown Rincon. Beautiful sunsets! Nice neighborhood with grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and bars just down the street. Carlos was very responsive and quick when we needed him for a couple questions! Furniture is basic, a little worn but all is functional and adequate and as described in pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Showers ample with variable pressure when more than one is used, but no big deal for us! Having a cup of coffee in the early AM with an ocean view and beautiful birds singing was a favorite way to start the day! There are barking dogs all over the neighborhood and roosters and ducks in the am from the neighbors so if you need absolute silence, know this. The AC fan helped quell sounds. Nice touch was the outdoor shower and water spiket for after the beach sand removal. A Nice place to stay.

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

Our family really enjoyed Allison’s place. It was so close to the beach, we could walk there in less than 5 minutes. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The neighbors in the community were friendly. It was walkable to restaurants and nearby beaches. Allison gave us some good recommendations of restaurants in the area and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and that we had what we needed. We would definitely return to Allison’s place.

The place was exactly what we needed - we enjoyed the plunge pool and you just 1 block from the beach which was great! You have some amazing restaurants very near by Great steak place waking distance and an amazing sushi place bakku near by

This is our second time staying at Wilberto’s. We love this place, is very spacious, it has everything you need. It's close to everything. Hopefully we would be back during summer.

We absolutely loved the home and how comfortable it was. The backyard was beautiful. The host was helpful and nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Muy cercano al Balneario y restaurantes. Muy cercano al lugar del Tríalo. Dueño dejó varias botellas de agua en la nevera, galletas, café y té disponibles para el huesped. Tres habitaciones con A/C. Todo estuvo bien.

We had a great stay. The place is located on a quiet local street that is walkable to downtown Rincon restaurants.
