This location is perfect, offering easy access to the beautiful shoreline where I spent countless hours enjoying the sun and surf. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended

Traveling with small children means prioritizing safety, comfort, and convenience—this host exceeded our expectations in every way. Safety: Located in a secure area with a gated entry and secure locks. We brought door alarms for extra peace of mind around the pool, but the setup felt very safe. Convenience: Thoughtfully stocked with towels, paper goods, soaps, and kitchen essentials. The host was incredibly attentive — a grocery store, beach, & our family were all within a short drive. Comfort: Cozy beds, a nice couch, ample poolside seating, and thoughtful touches like towel hooks and holiday decor made it feel extra inviting. The host even coordinated our BabyQuip baby gear rental before arrival. Mornings start with a rooster’s call, the lush grounds are home to iguanas, and the pool is a perfect oasis. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to return! We feel blessed to have stayed in their home.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Cozy, clean, well maintained, with A/C in all the house/ rooms and very comfortable..! The is well located, very quiet place and in a safe location (closed gate community). With good amenities - pool table, jacuzzi, and side porch. Excellent communication with Karla; very attentive. We’ re coming back to Rincon and staying here.

Great stay! Beautiful sunsets and close to many attractions. AJ was very communicative even during the power outage that the island experienced. Would recommend!

Great condo!! Steps to the beach.....short walk to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, beach chair were an added bonus! Good communication! Owner really took care of us when the island had a 2 day power outage. Thank you Allenny

Camila was great giving us instructions prior to during after at the end of the trip. The house setting was absolutely wonderful, private, and the place was even more beautiful than the pictures on line. The town was very chill and the locals and the food was incredible. Look forward to coming back in the future.

This place is right on the beach and we had it all to ourselves the entire trip! We arrived here on a stormy weekend so what started as a clean beach ended cluttered for the rest of the trip. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teens surf and body board the entire time, we loved that we were lucky enough to get great waves! This spot is pretty close to Rincón and we found ourselves going there quite often for food. Nearby walking distance and bakery has coffee and food and also the pharmacy has tons of things. We enjoyed a smoked chicken place several times. I did not notice when I booked that there is no washer and dryer so pack accordingly. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags and toilet paper for 7 people- most were boys so it’s not like they used a lot of TP. No hair dryer. Only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom so plan for games or “family time” haha. We really enjoyed our time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat

We loved our small home away from home while visiting Beautiful Rincon! The place was beautiful with gorgeous Birds Eye view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and all the things they stocked for you. Also, the place was pristine! It was so relaxing & enjoyed doing yoga on the large open back patio. I would definitely recommend! Oh & we loved the fact that you could walk right down the hill to Sandy beach, also all the restaurants & see & pet the horses on our walk.

We booked Amapola House last minute after our original Airbnb was canceled. We were extremely upset that our original place was canceled, but we are so glad it was! This house is absolutely AMAZING! It is spacious, clean, stunning views, and the pool was a great place to relax at the end of the day. It is on a quiet street, but so close to great restaurants, shops and the most beautiful beaches. We had a minor issue and Nicole and Heather responded immediately and took care of it. The neighbor was so friendly and helpful, the sunsets are amazing, the house is a great place to relax and recharge. We loved watching the iguanas in the backyard, my kids had fun trying to find them in the trees. Our original rental that was cancelled was on the other side of PR, having it canceled the day we arrived in PR actually was the best thing that could have happened! Amapola House exceeded our expectations; we can't wait to book another trip and stay at Nicole & Heather's House again!

What a great house for me and my family. With the home being 4 levels and many beds there was plenty of room for my family of 8. Whether it was lying by the pool or cooking in the grande kitchen you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful and private is what this house offers. The home has a full water filtration system, generator and HOT WATER which made me very comfortable for we had small children with us. If you are looking for a house with everything you are looking for, choose this one. The host was so friendly and helped us with all our needs prior to arriving. We have already booked our next season stay for 2 weeks. So excited

Wonderful place in Rincon! We were only a family of four, but you could probably have three families of four, maybe more, stay, lots of rooms and beds! We loved the private pool, the inviting living and dining and kitchen rooms, comfortable beds, and morning coffee on the couch on the wrap around patio. oh and the hammock chairs too! Walkable to the beach, good food nearby, super easy to drive in/out of Rincon, supermarket and liquor store a 1 minute drive. Very clean and inviting!

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

Family of 4 fit perfectly. The pool and beach were a dream. Our sun was able to boogie board at the beach which thrilled him. We had a beautiful breeze throughout the house. Would love to stay again!

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

We can't wait to return to Rincon, and when we do, we hope we can stay here in Lauren's place. It was perfect for our family's five-day stay—plenty of room for the five of us, very clean, well-stocked, quiet, and just all-around comfortable. A good-sized washing machine was great for our active family. Our host provided clear instructions and many great recommendations for restaurants and activities. She was super responsive to questions throughout the stay. It was great to find beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a beach mat, and we were even given permission to use the surfboards they had stored outside. The property is close to all the beaches we love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place where you feel at home right away and taken care of by the host.

The house was great for two families of four. We loved how close it was to everything in Rincon and all the beaches. The beach next to the house was fun to explore in the mornings! The pool area was nice and was a great place to hang in the evenings.

Me hospedé en Villa André por una noche y definitivamente fue una experiencia excepcional. Las instalaciones están impecables, con un ambiente acogedor y bien cuidado que invita al descanso. Las habitaciones y el lugar estaban limpias , cómodas y equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Además, la tranquilidad del lugar y su hermosa decoración hicieron que mi estadía fuera aún más especial. Si buscas un lugar para relajarte y desconectarte, Villa André es una excelente opción. Sin duda, regresaré en el futuro y lo recomiendo 100 %.

We had an amazing stay at Nathalia’s place. We traveled with our two kids and they loved the pool and indoor/outdoor feel of the space. It was a beautiful home close to everything. Nathalie was incredibly communicative, helpful and flexible. We would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! We celebrated our daughters first birthday and couldn't have picked a better spot! We loved being able to hang at the pool or walk the short distance to the beach. We were lucky enough to sit out on the balcony and see whales migrating throughout our week stay. The sunsets were incredible. The host/house managers were extremely responsive to any questions we had and we highly recommend renting with them!
