This was hands-down one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed at, and I couldn't recommend it enough! Not only is the surrounding area quiet and pretty, but the grounds of the house are incredibly well-maintained and could rival a botanic garden. We enjoyed multiple sunsets overlooking the ocean, and really liked sitting outdoors in the hammocks listening to the birds and ocean at night. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including beach gear. Rithy was very kind as well and had some great local restaurant recommendations, a few of which we tried and loved. The only bad part of our experience here was knowing we had to leave!

This place is perfect for 2 people traveling together! Kitchen was fabulous with all you need. Great water pressure and temp in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is an umbrella on the top deck - it gets a ton of sunlight so it would be nice to have shaded area in the afternoon while having a beverage!

This was my 5th trip to Rincon always renting an Airbnb on the water and this place was perfect. The location is walking distance to the grocery stores, restaurants and shops. I did morning 3 mile walk into downtown Rincon square and back, also walked to morning yoga class on the beach. I sat on the patio in the morning with cup of coffee looking at the beach and waves and took many sunset pics from the gated yard. Genesis provided immediate response to all texts. The beach was only steps away and umbrella/beach chairs were a plus! The place was extremely clean and due to size would recommend no more than 2 people stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was very comfortable. Communication with the host was always easy and smooth. If I had to suggest anything, maybe adding more seating options and a full-body mirror would be great—but honestly, that’s just a small detail. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

Amazing experience in an idyllic location. Shaded beautiful beach with numerous tide pools made it perfect for both kids and adults to play all day. Perfect location in Tres Palmas Rincon. The whole family really enjoyed our stay for 8 nights and we really hope to come back next year!

I was looking forward to this family trip but unfortunately I had a heart issue but family members still went and they loved it. They showed me pictures and they were happy. I have to replan and definitely choose this place again

Our stay at Bill’s home in Rincon, PR, was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolate, and a spotless home. Bill, our exceptional host, went above and beyond, offering personal touches like feeding the fish each morning and inviting us to join him. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The house had everything we needed—board games, binoculars for stunning views, and Netflix for relaxation. We always felt extremely safe. Bill also shared local gems, from hidden beaches to top restaurants, making us feel like locals. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful to Bill for making our stay so special. This experience was priceless and worth every penny. Thank you, Bill! We would blindly recommend this experience to everyone❤️

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect, and Brian was great. The whole town lost power and we fortunately didn’t because the house is fully solar powered. It’s very close to town and the beaches. We look forward to my next visit and definitely will be staying here again!

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

I stayed here for a few days on a little getaway and it was very much worth it! Carmen and Paul were very responsive and had great recommendations on local events. Their location is conveniently around the nearby plaza and is a short walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend this spot to those who are looking for easy access to food spots and great scenes while giving a sense of tranquillity from busy areas. Thank you, Carmen and Paul!

We had such a fun Spring Break week at Jennifer's place! It is beautiful just as described and seen in pictures. Comfortable, location is great, very peaceful, safe, and quiet building, as well as neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets! Great to go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon after beach time! The apartment has everything you need- we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc.. Jennifer was so fast to communicate if we had a question or needed anything, and she was fast to act too. We highly recommend this place for your visit to Rincon, and hope to come back someday!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

This condo was in a great location Right on the beach. There was adequate outdoor furniture. AC worked very well. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Nice appliances. Note, there is only one parking space with this condo (the listing says there are 2). We got lucky and took the only visitor spot available. There are enough restaurants that are walkable. You need to drive to the town. The pool is really a soaking pool. Very small. No seating by the pool. But beach was very nice. Chairs and umbrella provided! Overall, very comfortable.

Our family stayed for over a week. Nice place. Sandy Beach is a quiet beach in Rincon. It's called Sandy Beach because this beach has a sandy bottom, unlike Maria's Beach which is rocky. However, it can have rough waves and strong winds, so may not be ideal for small children. There are quaint shops in the area and nice coffee shops, bars, and restaurants...very walkable. I would recommend having a car to go into town for grocery shopping and for exploring other beaches. There is a parking lot next to the condo, which did have late night visitors on Friday and Saturday night, but most other times the noise was unnoticeable. The condo was as expected. It has a rooftop terrace with a grill that we used one night for dinner. The picnic table up there was a bit rough, but it's fully exposed to the elements. We enjoyed the shared first floor terrace with lounge furniture and a picnic table and water station for cleaning sand off our feet. Pleasant renters in the other two condos.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

I got this place for my husband’s birthday and it was everything he was looking for: peaceful, by the beach, amazing views and sunsets to relax. Javier was great, very responsive and courteous. The place is cozy, it felt bigger than what we expected, lots of space for a couple. It was close to the “downtown” Rincón where you can find markets, stores and restaurants. The view is spectacular! A great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico, we couldn’t ask for a better place. We are already planning for another trip soon. Thank you Javier!

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
